Dealership kept my car for 27 days for one part. My warranty covers only 10 days of rental car. They did not examine the car until a week after I dropped it off . When discovering they did not have the part, they backtracked. They didn’t order the part until 5 days after they examined the part (at that point we are up to 14 days of me with a rental and not getting reimbursed. ) I was told “one more day” or “next 2 days” of my car being ready for over a week. 27 days later, a warranty deductible, a huge rental car bill, I got my car back. It would have been cheaper and quicker just to have gone to a mechanic who didn’t take the warranty. I will never use them again. More

They got me checked in immediately. Then a half hour later I saw all the maintenance people leaving. Ended up there over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. It would have likely taken longer but about an hour and 45 minutes in I asked how much longer it would be. Bout 15-20 minutes later the guy that checked me in came by and said it would be 15-20 more minutes because their oil pump hose wasn’t working do they had to open oil bottles. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I was told my car was finished no wash , vacuum nothing. Just oil change and tire rotation 2 hours and 15 minutes. I could have done it at home faster and it wouldn’t have costed 150$. More
