Frank was great through the entire experience. We told him exactly what we wanted to see- lower trim levels in the Telluride and Sorento and he showed us exactly that. I was very disappointed at the lack of Kia parts available to fix my warranteed wheel sensor issue as it took over 2 weeks to get the parts. After a little over a week they offered me a loaner car w available to fix my warranteed wheel sensor issue as it took over 2 weeks to get the parts. After a little over a week they offered me a loaner car which I accepted. The total time my car was at the dealership was a month. I was concerned about the length of time it took but I had the loaner car for several weeks at no cost to me More
