Amazing!!! I was so unsure what to buy and after going to 3 other dealerships i was about to just buy whatever, even if i was not happy with it. I was getting tired of the high pressure and you need to buy this now stuff. When i walked into KIA i was met without high pressure from Rhett. After a test drive and all my questions answered i was amazed that there was no high pressure sales techniques. in fact i left the dealership and came back the next day and bought a KIA optima. I was not impressed at first but after my test drive i loved the car more then the fords i was looking at. Thanks so much for preventing me from making a mistake!!!! More

They go the extra mile There was a problem getting the car I wanted in the timeframe I'd asked for. It didn't arrive on time from another dealer out of state. (Granted it was Christmas time and snowing and I was very demanding) Destination Kia seemed as bummed out as I was and refused to let me drive away unhappy. They paid my first car payment, added a cargo mat and a free remote starter installation and threw in a $50 prepaid credit card and a 40 inch flat screen TV. My first oil change will also be free of charge. I dealt with Shawn Morgenstern in sales. Super nice, patient guy. Let me test drive and walked around letting me check out cars in a snow storm. I had a specific car in mind and I had a trade in. Destination Kia is the ONLY dealer that would give me an estimated price over the phone. Every other dealer said you have to come in-I have to see the trade. Sean said "if your trade is worth this much then I could put you here... and If your trade is worth that much I could put you there", etc. So at least I had an idea about price BEFORE going to the dealership. I got the Kia Sorrento with the convenience package and I'm loving it. More

The Best Sales, Finance, Management, and Support Staff!!! After emailing with 5 car dealerships for three weeks, I reached Destiny... and there I met my match in Car Dealership. She asked for my interests and my payment expectations. I replied with my expectations and payment capabilities. Within 24 hours Destiny replied with a resounding "No Problem, When Can you make it?" I got there and met Destiny, Matt Grayson, and Anthony. Matt was my sales rep which made the whole process seamless. After having a Honda for 12 Years and dealing with Lia Honda's arrogance of a high resale product I had to leave. Destination Kia is a dealership that finally cushioned the typical "I am Sorry" blow to my hopes. My wife and I have a beautiful 2015 Kia Sorrento for many years to come because of Matt Grayson, Destiny, and Anthony. Anthony sealed the deal professionally without any last minute surprises on the Financial end. I will see you all again in three years for my upgrade to a Sorrento EX!!
