Eddy, the Service Manager, was very polite and helpful. I had a 7am appt., they did not start the oil change for my vehicle until 8:02am, I ONLY needed an oil change. 2 hours after arriving I was able to h I had a 7am appt., they did not start the oil change for my vehicle until 8:02am, I ONLY needed an oil change. 2 hours after arriving I was able to have my vehicle. The coupon I had received in the mail for Diamond Chevrolet was NOT even for my vehicle’s pricing. Other than Eddy, I was not pleased. More

The service team will sit on your car for months and lie to you about why it’s not done. The mechanics are incompetent. Glorified parts changers. When they do repair your vehicle they leave the area greasy. to you about why it’s not done. The mechanics are incompetent. Glorified parts changers.
