Eric was easy and pleasant to work with while my vehicle needed major repairs. He was able to complete the job before a scheduled cross country move. needed major repairs. He was able to complete the job before a scheduled cross country move. More
Harrison was our first point of contact at the dealership. We weren't 100% that we were buying that day but had driven several different models. They happened to have a nice used car that was ex dealership. We weren't 100% that we were buying that day but had driven several different models. They happened to have a nice used car that was exactly what we were looking for. So, with 4 dogs in the car we sat there and bought a new to us used Jeep. LOVE it. They have been wonderful to work with. More

The staff was friendly, but my experience was less than ideal. They insisted on a $190 diagnostic fee even though I only wanted a part replaced. Additionally, they suggested leaving my vehicle over the wee ideal. They insisted on a $190 diagnostic fee even though I only wanted a part replaced. Additionally, they suggested leaving my vehicle over the weekend to do additional services despite knowing I planned to wait on-site. They also charged $60 for wiper blades and offered additional services that would take 2-3 more hours. While I understand the need to upsell, it felt inappropriate in this context. More
I did a drop in service because I had a notification for an oil change, the team were great and they tried their best to get me in and out in as little time as possible. I paid nearly $300 for you to tell me what I already knew and return the car with less features than when I brought it in. While I did eventually get answers to most of my questions after having to repea and return the car with less features than when I brought it in. While I did eventually get answers to most of my questions after having to repeatedly ask for updates, the notes that were left were nonsensical to the point the rep I was dealing with couldn’t even understand what was trying to be conveyed. During the time you had my car, some kind of software update was pushed without my knowledge or approval (I’m assuming this because the EVIC display looked different from when I dropped the car off), which erased the SRT performance menus and sports mode that were enabled on the car when I brought it in. No one could tell me what happened or give me a straight answer. On top of that, my EVIC navigation arrows on the steering wheel no longer work, so now I have to figure that out as well. I did not authorize or approve a software update — why was anything done to my car without my permission? Why can’t anyone tell me what was actually done to my car? Why can’t I talk to the tech directly and am forced to play a grade-school game of telephone when trying to get any information? Absolutely ridiculous. My question is: If a vehicle comes in with something after-market, is it now your policy to remove it / disable it without informing the owner? Where is line drawn? Will you remove my after-market exhaust? A spoiler? CAI? Or is it just computer programming that gets revoked at your discretion? Considering how many after-market parts and programming I have on my other Dodge’s, I think it’s best I avoid this place like the plague so I don’t have to find out the hard way… For 10 years I’ve driven out of my way to come here because I got the best experience; but, after MANY recent bad experiences after coming under Dick’s ownership, I’m done. Luckily, there are plenty of options to choose from, lol. If I’ve been inconveniencing myself for 10 years to come here, imagine what I’ll do to avoid you moving forward 😂 Also, I gave “Drew Pierce” 2/5 stars because I don’t even know who that is — the only rep I worked with went by “Tyler”. Terrible customer service and charged me $200 to diagnose my windshield washer even though my truck was getting new brakes at the same time.
