I informed Luke and Rick I was going out of town for a month. Luke promised if i brought my vehicle in he would have it ready before my trip. I called the morning of my trip and Rick hadn't even looked at it. Everytime Rick "tried something" i had to drive my vehicle for 50 miles to see if it would trigger the error code again. I texted Rick when the error code came back, after returning from my trip, as he informed me to do. Rick said, "My vehicle was no longer under warranty, but he could take a look." I called and left Luke Morris multiple messages. Luke never responded to me, so i was forced to open up a case with Stellantis. Stellantis contacted me today. They said, "Earnhardt is not willing to work on your vehicle." I purchase the vehicle from you brand new 3 yrs ago.
