I worked with Myriam Flores who was the Service Advisor and was very knowledgeable and attentive. I was only here for a warranty issue but I was treated like I had just bought and new BMW. Scheduled appoitment for simple oil change for 8 am, I did not receive my car back until almost noon 12pm. I was not notified about any issues they were having with my car. It took over 1 hour to retriev did not receive my car back until almost noon 12pm. I was not notified about any issues they were having with my car. It took over 1 hour to retrieve my car after I signed my invoice and only after I went to the service manager and brought it to his attention. More
