Long time Service Advisor Ron Traver had retired so this trip to East Charlotte Nissan's Service Department was my first experience with Lee Martin. Lee was great to work with and very communicative! I have so bad experience with this this service today morning. I have an appointment at 8 am but the people who work here take care of costumer which comes after me and where I ask why they tell me I mus morning. I have an appointment at 8 am but the people who work here take care of costumer which comes after me and where I ask why they tell me I must to wait I don’t understand why if I make an appointment and all my day is going bad right now because this people don’t have a time to take care of my car. I waist my time and my money to come this service twice first to make an appointment and second to not not receive this appointment because I must to go after 10 minutes wait.
