I love this dealership they are the best hands down I will never buy a car from anywhere else. I bought my 2008 Honda accord last year loved it and enjoyed working with Dennis. He put me at ease answered will never buy a car from anywhere else. I bought my 2008 Honda accord last year loved it and enjoyed working with Dennis. He put me at ease answered all my questions and worked hard to get me a great car at a great price. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or someone was getting over on me. I have used the service department for my oil changes and recommended service I usually have Irwin Cumberbatch as my service advisor and he is always very friendly and gets you out in no time. I received a call this year from East Coast to inform me that I could get something newer with almost the same payments if I was interested. I have never had a dealership contact me for that I was impressed again I worked with Dennis and once again he came through got me in a 2012 Honda Civic EX and tracked down the color I wanted on top of that got me a great deal with a great interest rate. I cannot say enough about them go ahead google them go 5 pages or more in no bad reviews. I emailed the CEO and president to inform him how happy I was with his dealership and to my surprise he emailed me back from his I phone and then again the next morning from his email. Great Place!! While on vacation at Myrtle Beach, we were in an accident. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but our car was a total loss. To rent a car and return home to Pennsylvania was $1400! We decided to in an accident. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but our car was a total loss. To rent a car and return home to Pennsylvania was $1400! We decided to use the money to purchase a used car. After searching online, I found several minivans available in the area. What motivated me to go to East Coast Honda was the good reviews they had received online. We were not disappointed! The salesperson was very helpful in dealing with our situation. The van wasn't perfect, but they adjusted the price to reflect necessary repairs. Terry also helped us over our next hurdle - the money. We always used debit or credit cards on vacation leaving our checkbook at home. The dealership wouldn't allow us to use a credit card to pay for the car. Our debit card refused the transaction because it was above the daily limit. The financing company wasn't interested because the amount wasn't high enough! Fortunately, the dealer found a lending company willing to loan us the money and we drove the car off the lot and resumed our vacation. I was very happy with the service we received at East Coast and recommend it to others. More

Very fair pricing and excellent trade values make this the dealership that I constantly come back to when it is time for a new vehicle. Scott Proctor who is one of the managers at East Coast makes the whole car buying experience something to look forward to instead of something that most people dread. I highly recommend East Coast Honda to anyone looking for an easy going car purchase. The product also speaks for itself as Honda is one of the most reliable, ergonomic and finest cars that are very well priced. When the car is delivered it is spotless and detailed and the sales staff specifically Mike McCauley in my case very precise in going over the features of the vehicle. I recently purchased a 2010 Honda Pilot. I was impressed with the customer service that my wife and I received, from the time we got out of our car until we drove off in our new Pilot. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff went beyond my expectations seeing how this wasn’t the first dealership I went to. I got the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and willing to help. I went back for the first scheduled maintenance and I was impressed again with the speed and knowledge of the service technicians. In the future I will recommend that you go and check them out. I have found my home. This is the only place that I will do business with in the future. More

My daughter brought her 2007 Honda Element in for routine service, at an agreed upon price of $219.00, which unfortunately included only an oil change and some routine checkups, no tuneup. She was informed t service, at an agreed upon price of $219.00, which unfortunately included only an oil change and some routine checkups, no tuneup. She was informed that she needed new brakes, and apparently given a price. She did not realize that "new brakes" meant only new pads, and that the price for installing new pads (pads only, no rotors or rotor work or wheel cylinders or anything else, just pads) was almost $400.00. When she picked up the car, she was informed (then, not before) that the car was vibrating excessively for no explicable reason that they could find, although the one guy began to speculate about axle problems. My daughter had none of this vibration before bringing in the car. She test drove it, and was astonished at how bad it was. The manager, Scott Proctor, took a ride and attributed the problem to unevenly worn tires (caster and camber problems) and the new high noise level and vibration to the re-alignment contributing to the new vibration. The total charge for labor on the car was over $500.00 and the total bill came to well over $700.00. We arrived to pick up the car about 2:35 but did not get out of the place until after 4 P.M. We had purchased tickets for a boat ride at 4 P.M. at Brookgreen Gardens, but when we stated that we had this appointment, Proctor was very unsympathetic and stalked off into his office, throwing a wad of paper into the basket in anger and disgust, having no patience with a legitimately unhappy customer. Finally, reluctantly, he discounted the labor by $95.00, I guess figuring that the car was there for less than four hours, supposedly being worked on, and the charge of $95.00 an hour for four hours max did not add up to more than $500.00 labor. A more than $700 bill for the amount of work done on this vehicle is outrageous. Anyone considering purchasing a Honda in Myrtle Beach should go elsewhere, or just choose a different vehicle. DON'T GET STUCK with East Coast Honda service, its exorbitant service prices, and its rude help. I will say this: the lady behind the desk was extremely friendly, kind, and understanding, but obviously had no control of the situation. I don't see how she could work in such a place. If you need brake pads, go to your local mechanic, or Meineke, or Midas, anybody but East Coast Honda unless you want to get stuck with a huge bill. More

This dealership was awesome. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were totally satisfied. A+ for customer service. We have been back several times to get service and that has been very pleasant as well. The salesman i had was Jim Godsey. He listened to our needs and didnt pressure unlike the Nissan store.
