DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER I purchased a vehicle in January 24'. Two weeks after purchasing, we began experiencing noise from the belts. After taking it in to get serviced, the mechanic discovered that January 24'. Two weeks after purchasing, we began experiencing noise from the belts. After taking it in to get serviced, the mechanic discovered that someone had broken a bolt that holds the tensioner pulley off into the motor, drilled it out, filled the hole with JB weld, and then put a bolt back in. This was used to hold our entire pulley/belt system together. Of course, the JB weld gave out and our entire system shifted out of place and began grinding together. The car has been sitting for over 3 months as it cannot be safely driven. I am so thankful the entire system didn't fall apart while driving with my kids. I contacted the dealer after seeking legal consultation and requested that they purchase the vehicle back at my principal balance, which would still put me out thousands of dollars. Although this is the most ETHICAL thing to do as it was sold to me in an EXTREMELY unsafe condition and could have caused bodily harm had we not found the problem so quickly, I was told they were not willing to agree to any arrangements to mend the situation. The last 4 months have been extremely devastating to myself and my family. The lack of integrity, customer service and overall compassion for a human being after making a terrible business transaction at this dealership is disgraceful. More
