after the bad experince with my son buying a truck and having to have the parent company (alantic chevrolet)get involved, brendon a used car sales rep for chevrolet of huntington went out of his way to he having to have the parent company (alantic chevrolet)get involved, brendon a used car sales rep for chevrolet of huntington went out of his way to help my son get out of the lemon he was sold and into a newer truck. we decided to give them a secound chance brendon knowing that we wanted an avalanche LTZ when a 2011 was coming in he called me to take a look. I liked it and put down a deposit when i came in to pick up the truck with a bank check for the full amount i had to wait 2 1/2 hrs then was told that i had to finance part of it, after saying ok I was told the price was now $2,000 more and my trade in was a $1,000 less. as we were leaving the gentleman sitting behind us told my wife the he was going thru the same thing and left the store. BRENDON IS NOW BEING MADE THE SCAPEGOAT AND ALL THAT HE WAS GULITY OF WAS TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP what ever you do!!!!! More

Looked at other cars and initially was interested in a 2012 cruze but had bankruptcy in my recent history and the monthly payment was too much. So I looked at a used car and it figured better for me. All in all I felt everyone was very helpful and concerned about a fair deal.. As a single, older women, I was avoiding the car buying experience for as long as I could. .They went out of their way to get me the best fit and I appreciate it and am enjoying my new, used , car. My fiance bought a 2004 Chevy Silverado in August and it has now been back for the same repair four times with no results, the first time it spent over a month in the shop. Also, because they did not have a work vehicle loaner available they rented a truck for him from Hertz who promptly charged us the $331 rental fee and we still have not seen that money returned to us by Chevy despite numerous promises to do so from various people. While the staff has been pleasant and friendly, they have also accomplished nothing with regard to resolving the issues with his truck. Furthermore, they are not interested in diminishing their sale in any way by putting him in a later model truck, explaining repeatedly that they can't lose money on the sale. Apparently no one cares that our family has lost money and time as a result of the service department's incompetence. Will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. Incredible disappointment and headache. UPDATE: This incident took place over the course of September through December. The final incident took place a few weeks ago when my fiance's entire brake system failed. At that point, Vinny from Atlantic Chevy worked very hard along with Brandon in the Used Cars Sales Department in Huntington and put my fiance in a 2009 Chevy Silverado with only about 20,000 miles on it for close to the same payments he was making on the piece of junk 2004 Silverado that kept breaking. My sincere gratitude goes out to these two individuals who restored our sanity by putting our family in a safe vehicle. Thank you very much to them! More
