I'm very disappointed with my experience at Kia. I purchase my Sorento 2 years ago with a extended warranty for a peace of mind, but when my vehicle needed service Kia refused to fix the issue even I purchase my Sorento 2 years ago with a extended warranty for a peace of mind, but when my vehicle needed service Kia refused to fix the issue even though it's clearly covered under my extended warranty. I trusted this company to stand behind their product and their promises. Instead, I've been met with delays and lies, lack of accountability, and poor customer service. After numerous call to Kia and Kia America(CORPORATE). I still don't have a working vehicle and no clear answers. I expected better from a brand that promotes reliability and customer care. If you are considering buying a Kia or extended warranty, I suggest you think twice. What's the point of a warranty if they refused to honor it. I was told my Kia service that I needed a new engine for my truck yes its used and had 1 own before me but at 50,000 miles and just purchased this truck in September 2023 never even did anything minor to my truck but now I need a engine and Kia is the only company who been changing and checking my oil. I came to Kia in Feb 2025 because one of my coworkers told me he saw fresh oil on the ground when I left from work, Kia told me I had a oil leak I asked them why didn't anyone see that when I was just there getting a oil change . Pay 300 to get the leak fix to back in June2025 saying I need a new engine. I was told my warranty with Kia had expired but I had a extended warranty with wheelz warranty. Okay upset but not as much because I'm still covered. To get a phone call later stated I need yo pay 1500 to Kia for them to take my engine out for the warranty company and I'll be reimburse back once Kia is paid through the extended warranty. Explain to them I do not have 1500 laying around I had to still pay the car-note and insurance ,my mortgage ,etc. Went to Kia September 1500 and was told to just pay 1000 went over to the cashier and pay 1000. Reach out a week later talk to Brian he was all over the place he was telling me they were waiting until the check clear to pay me my money and they had been communication with my boyfriend. At excuse me I don't have no boyfriend Brian then said who is this again I told him my name and he said my truck was next it was 2 cars in front of my truck and he'll give me a call next Tuesday didn't hear from Brian again. I start calling Kia America on 10/3/2025 talk to Lewis explain everything he said he going to reach out send me email he did do that but it was just what we were discussing and telling me to reach out to my extended warranty. call again talk to Ashely very rude did not get any help from call back the following week talk to Kayla very understanding and promise to help. Did not hear anything from Kia or Kia American ,Call back on 10/31/2025 and talk to Amanda was helpful Amanda put me on hold call Kia and talk to Brian the service manager she told me that she was told it was 6 cars in front of me and I've her word she would contact Kia on Wednesday Nov 5 for a update on my truck and then contact me ..HAHA jokes on me I having hear from Amanda. Call yesterday on Nov 6 and talk to Brian who then told me he's waiting in my extended warranty to get back to him . I'm extremely xxxx because you can keep lying to me and have took my 1000 . I then let Brian know I talk to the extended warranty company and they told me they haven't not heard from no from Kia about my vehicle since July 18,2025 and my extended warranty for my vehicle had expired on September 21,2025 Brian then said they did not tell him that. 1- WHY DO YOU HAVE TO PAY ANY THING EXCEPT YOUR COPAY WHEN YOU HAVE A WARRANTY. 2- WHY DO I NEED A ENGINE AT 50,000 MILES AND YOU WAS SUPPOSTED TO FOUND THE OIL LEAK BACK IN FEBRUARY THAT I PAID 300 TO GET FIX. 3- HOW DO TAKE SOMEONE'S MONEY AND DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO . My truck has been sitting at Kia dealership since June 18. still paying my car-note but don't have a working vehicle out of 1000 and warranty and no one can tell me anything. More
My wife’s 2025 Sportage has every light on the dash come on after she turns on the car from a drive. We called Kia and told them so they had us bring the car on 7-28-2025. We took pictures of the dash and the codes on the Kia connect app and they told us they don’t take third party pictures even though it’s from the app and of the car as it was happening. The car will not let you put it in drive, every sensor and warning light come on. After turning it on and off the car will eventually let it go in drive but the check engine light will come on and tell you not to drive and have it towed. And then after we schedule a tow the check engine light will turn off like nothing happened. Kia told use they see the codes and there is nothing they can do. We will have to drive the car until it happens again which is unsafe because the car even tells us not to drive it. If you know the codes are there why not look into the codes and try to find the problem. I think they just don’t want to do they jobs and doesn’t care about the safety of there customers. Kia also telling us they can trade us out the car which we will lose money because we will have to finance another loan and lose out on the money we already paid into the car plus the first down payment. This Kia is not recommended and no one should buy a car from here because they do not value their customers or the safety. We got the cars 2-13-25. Update the car stopped again 8-10-25 More

Went inside showroom to car shop. Looked at cars for about 20 minutes without being approached. Walked out to north lot to look at cars in stock here as I already knew what was in ove Looked at cars for about 20 minutes without being approached. Walked out to north lot to look at cars in stock here as I already knew what was in overflow lot. Talked to salesman who was very professional. We traveled to overflow lot to look at car. Dealer raised MSRP a thousand dollars for a market adjustment, then turns around and shows he giving the customer a $970 discount. I did business once here 7 years ago but won't go back as service is bad and they promise things without following through. I thought maybe those people would be gone, but this shows some things start at the top. We ended up purchasing at International Kia a few days later on June 17th. More
I had a truly disappointing experience at this car dealership. They scratched my brand new car on day of delivery when changing the license plate last week. (Sep 2023)No apology was offered. Had to drive 2 hours and waited several hours more for them to buff it out and still have visible scratches. Cant stress enough on the bad customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pleasant car-buying experience. Please note I did not want to give them 5 star review in return of 2 free oil change. This is an honest review from a real customer. Read other 1 star reviews before deciding to do business with them. Good luck! More

So then drove straight to evergreen Kia for service. (Vehicle was under warranty). The service manager asks if I have an appointment. I say no but my car has a potential major problem. He says well sorry with no appointment I can’t help you. I said so you’re turning me away with a f’d up car? He says yes. Keep in mind there was only one other car there. I said well is it safe to drive? He reply’s “I have no idea”. I said can you go ask a mechanic? He says not without an appointment. So I leave & call Orland Kia & tell them the problem. They said bring it straight here & we’ll get you in. Sadly by the time I got there the engine was knocking. Don’t EVER go to Evergreen Kia. More

Dan was genuine, honest, went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and made the car-buying process seamless and stress-free. Dan was genuine, honest, and it was evident he takes great pride in his work. The store manager Mo was also very wonderful to work with. He made it his job to make sure I didn't leave without being 110% satisfied -- mission accomplished! I highly recommend this dealership. I'm a new Kia customer and after this experience, I'll be back. More
