The intake coordinators at the desk where they gather your information on why you're there for service are all very professional. I've been a customer of Nissan off Gibson since 2006 and have used the se your information on why you're there for service are all very professional. I've been a customer of Nissan off Gibson since 2006 and have used the service department since. I've had a few problems but they were resolved sometimes not to my liking at 100% which i would have been much happier with. I just purchased a 2025 Nissan Kicks which of course will be serviced by Nissan. My 3rd Nissan since 2006. I feel that sometimes the mechanics can pay a little more attention to what they're working on because I know 1 of my mishaps could have been totally avoided. All in all I keep coming back for the people and service because as we all know, sometimes things happen but I love the service and my Nissan. More

Customer Service of some of the employees encountered were terrible. Very frustrating to deal with those who work in the industry of providing service but give the opposite. Not to mention I given mislea were terrible. Very frustrating to deal with those who work in the industry of providing service but give the opposite. Not to mention I given misleading info on price of my oil change & told by cashier another amount but my credit was charged $10 extra. Super disappointed More

You would bet perfect IF my drivers seat was in MY position. It seems mechanics adjust the seat and mirrors and even radio to their preference for the few minutes and inches they have to drive.
