I still had not received the headset after sending many e-mail requests. When I took the car in for the first service, I told Matt I wanted to see someone in Customer Service. He asked what the problem was and said he would handle it. He did and was very courteous in doing so even though that should not have been his responsibility. Thank you, Matt, for your help. More
