When my wife and I decided we needed to buy a new car we spent several weeks researching and test driving several cars at all the different car dealerships and manufactures‘. Ed was very patient and not pushy with us. We test drove four different vehicles and re-drove a couple of them. We did this over the course of one week. The whole time Ed was not pushy nor did he seem to be frustrated with us. He was attentive and answered all our questions and concerns. Jason, the sales manager, was also non-aggressive and very friendly. The car we wanted was not on the lot and Jason was able to find us the car we wanted at another dealer ship 200 miles away. He was easy to negotiate with and we were able to make the deal. From the time we singed the paper work Jason had the car ready for us to pick up in just two days and did not charge us to have the car delivered. Our overall experience was that the team at Fisher Chevrolet was fantastic. They seem to truly be interested in the customer and helping them find the right car for them.

We have lived in Yuma Arizona for the past 9 years during that time we have purchased 4 New cars none of them in Yuma because we got better pricing elsewhere this time w went to Fisher and not only did we get the pricing and trade in value we wanted for our old car but everybody we had contact with from the moment we stepped onto the lot till we drove away in our new car were helpful, considerate ,friendly and very professional. Our salesman Ed was brand new at selling cars we were his first sale and he did a great job, Trunk and Frank worked with us as well they all made a great team. We usually don't buy the extended warranty but the gentleman we worked with WAS very informative that we purchase it this time and are glad we did he also got us the financing we wanted with the bank we wanted. We are very compressed with Fisher Chevrolet and will buy from them again as well as share our positive story with others

I had a great overall experience. I paid more than I wanted, they did not go down on their price at all. However, I am happy with my car. It's adorable and runs well. I am having a hard time not having power locks.... hard to get use too. maybe someday I'll have the money to change that...

I had a great experience here they were working with me on price and payments. Also, they worked with me on what I wanted to get not what they recommended. Any questions I had they absolutely answered them. They gave me a free tint for the summer and buffed out the scratch the used car had. I will recommend to anyone and buy my next car here!

I had chatted with Juan V. over the internet.He had some vehicles lined up for me to see. AEACF along with 7 dealerships were having a 3 day sale at the Sears parking. Some of the fellas there tried to get in touch with Juan as we browsed the lot. We were told he was with a customer at the dealership. Craig was kind enough to take care of us until Juan got there. We found a vehicle Chev Tahoe, which Craig started the paperwork then Juan showed up and finished up by taking us back to the dealership for the financial portion. I came back on Wednesday,Juan took care of me having the vehicle detailed, get some missing items, signed me up for ONSTAR,showed some buttons I had questions about,etc.When I left, I took the Tahoe out on the highway at 50 miles the steering wheel was dancing all over the place. I figured it was a bad tire or the wheel alignment was off.I returned for the second time and I saw Craig.He immediately took the Tahoe to the mechanic side.It was a bad alignment all the way around since it's a 4 X 4. I have been treated with respect, courtesy and professionally I believe both men deserve the full amount of this gift. I loved working with these two men. Don was great. He let us take our time to look at all the vehicles we were interesed in and was able to answer all our questions. He was not pushy at all which is our biggest complaint about buying a new car. We have to say this car buying experience was not only easy but fun. We are very happy with our decision on the dodge Journey. We came to Yuma to visit our family and went home with a new car. Thanks Don.

I Called Tom to let him know that I was looking for a truck and gave him the particulars of what I wanted and needed. I was hopeing for a new truck, however Tom got me hooked up with a 2008 which I was familuar with as I had owned one before and liked it. This 2008 was much nicer the the first as it is a LTZ version with a lot of goodies on it plus some very nice extras. Tom really went the extra mile to get me what I needed and could afford. This was the sixth or seventh vehile purchaced from Fisher Chevrolett and four of them were bought with Tom as the sales person.

Tom did a fantastic job as our salesman. He actually listened and was very helpful in finding the right SUV for us. He retored our faith in the Fisher Chev. dealership. We visited the dealership about a year ago and the saleman (unknown name) did not listen and was extremely pushy and my wife let in tears. Tom sat down with us and listened to our concerns and we talked about the models that were available in our price range. He never once encouraged us to look at more expensive models. In the end, we purchaced a great 2013 Chevy Equinox and have a restored vision of your dealership.
