The Dealership From xxxx! !! I traded my 2022 Yukon Denali Ultimate in Excellent Condition with 20,000 miles on it for there 2024 Cadillac lyriq Sports 2 . Amanda was my sales !! I traded my 2022 Yukon Denali Ultimate in Excellent Condition with 20,000 miles on it for there 2024 Cadillac lyriq Sports 2 . Amanda was my sales representative and she did an Outstanding Job throughout this whole Nightmare with sale. The next day after purchase I noticed the air conditioner wasn't putting out cool air through the passenger side vent. I notified Amanda of the issue and she had me bring the car back to take to there service to fix. Amanda put me in a loaner car it took service a whole week to fix the air conditioner issue. I was notified by the manager in service that the car was ready for me to pickup and that there detailer washed the car. I went to pick up my Brand New Car and noticed there (So Called Detailers) scratched my whole car up and it really showed do to the car being black in color . I contacted Amanda again she told me to bring it back again and there Detail guy (Dwight) would cover up the scratches. I told her no the scratches needed to be removed by a professional detailer they claimed there Detail guy Dwight would be able to fix it. I new he wouldn't be able to remove the scratches without buffing them out with a polish. Dwight tried putting some detail products on the car and like I already new he couldn't correct the paint without buffing the scratches out . Dwight is not a professional detailer. Amanda contacted me and said they have to send it out to a professional detail shop and have the scratches removed and they're going to finish it off with a wax. Come to find out It's the same detailer I've used a couple of times in the past. I felt my car would be safe in knowing this. I then contacted the detailer and asked what exactly were they going to do to fix scratches. He told me they were going to buff the scratches out with a polish and that's all the manager (Brad) at the dealership was going to pay for. I replied "no wax" like Amanda told me? No wax was paid for. He advised me that they should have also paid to have the ceramic coating put back on it. What the manager Brad planned on doing was to take my car back to the dealership and have there detailer put a protectant on it. Why would I at this point want the very people who damaged my car's paint to even touch my car. I've tried reaching out to Brad several times for 5 days straight while my car was out at the detail shop to let him know I felt very uncomfortable about my car going back to there dealership to add the protectant to the car after they're Detailers scratched it in the first place. Left several messages also. Brad never called me back. I asked the detail shop to let me know when they were finished with my car so I could go down and take a look at it before it goes back to the dealership. They called me and I went down to take a look at it and the the guy asked me if I talked to Brad yet. I told him no and it looks like Brad is avoiding me. The guy at the detail shop didn't have any problems with getting in touch with Brad. Since Brad didn't have a problem with speaking to detailer at the shop I asked him to relay a message to Brad for me. Brad told the detailer it would be ok for me to pick up my car and to put the ceramic coating on myself. Brad needs to be Fired with Amanda taking his place. Amanda took care of Absolutely everything from start to finish. What is Brad there for??? More
Customer service is horrible. I had to call initially for a status update on my car. The service technician was rude. He was not apologetic about failing to keep me informed about I had to call initially for a status update on my car. The service technician was rude. He was not apologetic about failing to keep me informed about my car. Instead he got defensive. I was charged $250 for them to tell me that a plug was loose after I had just had my car there a couple days ago for an oil change and the car was driving fine. There is so much more I can say but just know that I will NEVER take my car back to this establishment or recommend them to anyone! More
Worst service I ever received, 3 hour wait for an oil change, they did not grease my truck, wanted me to wait longer to correct the problem, as I was traveling across the country I had no time to wait th change, they did not grease my truck, wanted me to wait longer to correct the problem, as I was traveling across the country I had no time to wait they tried to offer me a free return visit, again I was traveling, no way I would ever recommend this dealership to anyone ever, I’m sorry I made this poor decision to stop at this store when I could have driven a little further to a good dealer, horrible service and worse customer relations More
