Best car purchasing experience - EVER! We were in the market for a new car and were strongly leaning in the Honda direction again ( we currently have two). My husband and I have never owne We were in the market for a new car and were strongly leaning in the Honda direction again ( we currently have two). My husband and I have never owned a Subaru, so we decided to go look at them after getting quite a run around on pricing at the Honda dealership. When we got out of the car to look around there was another man shopping on the lot. My husband asked him if he had any experience with a Subaru and he told us this would be his fourth Subaru purchase. After talking with him about why a Subaru was so great, we were greeted by Landon Adams. Landon is so friendly and knowledgeable! He easily spent three hours with us. Test driving, a walk through of the beautiful facility, answering all of our questions, and an easy, upfront, no hassle price presented. We didn't purchase a car that day but Landon let us know that he would be there for any further questions or another test drive any time we wanted. He was happy to help! When we left my husband said, "If we buy a car, we are buying it from Landon!" Wow - my husband hates buying cars so this is a true testimonial to what a pleasure it was that day! After a few days of thinking it over and researching a bit more, we decided to go with the Subaru Crosstrek we had test driven. I called the dealership to speak with Landon and was told that he would be in around 11:00. I had a question and was transferred to Joey Edwards who - also very friendly and knowledgeable - was able to help me. So we arrived around 1:00 and when we were greeted we asked for Landon. The gentleman said he wasn't there that day and I was confused and mentioned my earlier phone call. The receptionist was very apologetic and explained that she had misspoke about Landon being in that day, that it was unusual for him to not be there on a Friday. While we were talking Joey came over and asked if I was Carla. He had made a note about our phone call and remembered our conversation. I told him we were there to make a purchase and explained that Landon had helped us and I didn't want to mess anything up with the way that works. Joey was very understanding and let us know that he would be happy to help us and that Landon would not be forgotten. Joey helped us in navigating their inventory to select the options that we wanted with what was available. Joey told us he would have everything set up for us to come in the next day after they detailed the Crosstrek and have all the paperwork ready to go. The next morning we showed up @ 10:00 and were pleasantly surprised that Landon had come in to help us finish out the process before he left to go out of town on his trip. He wanted to make sure that we were completely happy with our new Subaru. The respect and teamwork that we witnessed between Landon and Joey was wonderful! I am very much looking forward to driving our Subaru for a long time! I feel confident that any service we receive will be met with the highest integrity and standards as we have already encountered with both Landon and Joey.
