Only place to buy to car This is my second Subaru, and I already can’t wait for my third. Between my wife and I (over the years), we have had a Dodge, Ford, Chevy, 2 Toyota’s, This is my second Subaru, and I already can’t wait for my third. Between my wife and I (over the years), we have had a Dodge, Ford, Chevy, 2 Toyota’s, Honda, and Mercury...and not once have I ever been impressed by my car, or dealership. Until Five Star. You won’t find a better dealership, better people, or better vehicles. FIRST OFF, Dee is just absolutely amazing, and you MUST take her on boarding class after buying your Subaru. Our Finance guy, Brian, was funny and relaxed, and just plain great. Darrell Cooper was a laid back salesperson who just spent time getting to know us rather than trying to assume he knew what we wanted ahead of time. Stephen, one of the managers came out to greet us during the process, and helped us personally select a car and didn’t push other vehicles when we said what we wanted. And, they both had great attitudes the whole way! Not to forget Michael, Brian, or anyone else in the service department...you won’t find a better team out there for your car. Once, they even gave me a free oil change when it took longer than expected to finish one. After years, we found our car family. Just saying, try them out More

When I arrived at the dealership, he showed me the car and had my trade-in evaluated. The first price he showed me was the total out-the-door price. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, no last minute surprises. My research indicated that was a fair price so there was no haggling to do. Stephen had one accessory added to the vehicle while we were completing the paperwork. Bentley in Finance was just as great. He explained the Subaru (not 3rd party) extended warranty options and didn't pressure me at all. He made me a great offer on the plan that I wanted. He was a great guy to work with. I am 72 years old, so I have purchased a few cars. This was the best car buying experience that I have had. More

Friendly, Courteous Service I really wanted to give Subaru of Grapevine an "excellent" rating because at all times, in person, on the phone, and in emails, salesman Sean Roberts I really wanted to give Subaru of Grapevine an "excellent" rating because at all times, in person, on the phone, and in emails, salesman Sean Roberts was friendly, courteous, patient, respectful, helpful, and most importantly, not pushy or condescending, like some of the car salesmen I've unfortunately encountered in the past. The one and only reason I didn't give the dealership an "excellent" rating is because of the apparent lack of response to an email that I sent on a Thursday morning, asking that a copy of the sales order be faxed to my credit union that day, so that the credit union could draw up the loan papers in time for me to sign them on Friday, before going to pick up my car on Saturday. I really don't know who dropped the ball on this particular occasion, but on Friday afternoon, my credit union phoned me to say they hadn't received the sales contract yet. After I placed a frantic phone call to Sean, he made sure it was done right away, although it had to be re-sent once or twice because some of the information on the sales order was incorrect. In short, a lot of last minute scrambling could have been avoided by a more timely response to my initial request. That being said, I was very pleased that when my wife and I arrived at the dealership on Saturday morning to pick up our new car, Sean greeted us with friendliness, courtesy, and helpfulness. After a few minor errors were corrected on the final sales contract and my wife and I had met with finance officer Brian Button to sign it, we were able to take possession of our new vehicle. Before leaving, Sean took the time to very patiently explain all the cars' features to us. More
