The initial delivery of my first Crosstrek was not what I was expecting and the sales person was new and lacking some experience with the paperwork. I was just in from a long business trip so my patience was not the best that afternoon. What amazed me was that David Cheney contacted me because he knew that the overall experience for me was not ideal and wanted to make sure I was happy. This was a first for me from a dealership! :) I ended up getting a different trim level that was more of what I needed and the delivery this week was amazing with Darrell and David. Brian in F&I also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the overall deal and payments. I love my new Crosstrek and very happy with the service I received from David, Darrell and team. It was a great experience and I am very appreciative of all of their efforts!! More

Great experience! I was searching for a used car. I live miles away in North Frisco. After searching all night long through my criteria for a car, I gave up and went to bed. 6am Saturday morning I got an email showing a Nissan Cube in Grapevine. I checked it out. Was a little over my budget but researched it anyway. I fell in love with the car and I hadn’t even seen it in person yet! So I emailed to see if it’s still available. Guy names Stephen emails me and calls me to tell me it’s still on his lot! Fast forward to 11am, I’m hustling to go test drive it. Nick helped me out along with his manager while Stephen was busy. We test drove the car, talked through my budget. So I asked them to hold the car and I would be back later. Came back about 5:30 with my dad and we test drove it with Stephen. And of course I ended up purchasing the car! Overall great experience! Great people working here! We will definitely be back in the future! More

We definitely felt the "LOVE"! We just bought our new Ascent from Wing Yip and we couldn't be happier (both with the vehicle and with the service)! I frequently comment to my wife about how real customer service seems to be a thing of the past but, everyone we dealt with at 5 Star Subaru are trying hard to fight that trend. Not only was Wing professional but, he was incredibly well informed about the products that he sells. I recently purchased a new truck from a different (well known) brand and the "salesmen" at that dealership knew almost nothing about the vehicles they were selling. Thank you Wing Yip and Jeff Davis for working out all of the details and getting us into our new Ascent! Highly recommend!!! More
