Passenger window motor and regulator replaced Terrific service. I previously had the regulator replaced but the problem still existed. The repair was under warranty. While he did not assist me today, Michael Dinh set up this appointment and ordered the parts. He has helped me on several occasions. I lost a ring under my driver seat and I asked that it not be vacuumed. He discussed other methods for me to try to get the ring out. More

Great experience! I had a great experience buying my Ascent at 5 Star Subaru in Grapevine, and I especially enjoyed working with Wing. I was an out of town buyer, so ou I had a great experience buying my Ascent at 5 Star Subaru in Grapevine, and I especially enjoyed working with Wing. I was an out of town buyer, so our initial contact was over the internet. Wing was extremely accommodating and patient with me, and always promptly returned my texts throughout the process. He knew what I was looking for, and contacted me immediately when he found out it was coming in. We were able to reach what I believe was a very fair deal quickly. I would be remiss if I didn’t also thank Jeff Davis for his assistance. At the dealership, Wing did a great job of going over all of the features of my new vehicle. That process actually took longer than all of the paperwork. Overall, probably the best car buying experience I’ve had. I can definitely recommend Wing and 5 Star Subaru. More
