I have owned 3 BMWs over the last 18 years and have had different buying experiences each time. When my wife and I both decided to get new cars, I remained with BMW, while she switched from Mercedes-Benz t different buying experiences each time. What was unexpected, based upon my prior experiences, was the comfort level I had dealing with Scott Smith at Flemington BMW. Scott was extremely professional in his approach and worked with me to put together a creative solution to the variables involved with buying versus leasing two cars. I like dealing with people that have the same philosophy that I have as a salesperson - know your product, treat people fairly and be value-added when a creative solution is needed.
