Going the extra mile We knew the vehicle we wanted and my husband called to see if there was a metallic 2016 Expedition in stock. Everything was professional and super efficient. Bob took it from there and patiently and thoroughly explained the vehicle and all the technology, and answered all our questions. The "one owner" Edge was a problem child within 24 hours, but Dave Farrand stepped up to the plate and provided costly repairs of three different issues at no charge to us. Customer service like that was not only unexpected but just does not happen at most other dealers. Bruce's goal is for you to leave with a full understanding of all the vehicle features and knowing that he will be there to help with any questions after the sale. Ask for Bruce. Period.
