Shain managed to get me to the dealership! If you need a ride they will get you there. My only things I wanted in a car was cheap and reliable. Shain found just that! With incentives and my down payment most of my car was paid for. Kyle worked all day with banks. Shain and Kyle hooked me up to say the least. I WALKED OUT with a 2022 Nissan Leaf with 22k miles! They went above and beyond for me! I will never again buy private sale or even entertain another dealership. They have the best customer service and the best prices. I'm not a rich or fancy person but they made this VT farm girl feel like I was worthy to have something nice! More

Worked with Christie to find a car for my family. She was lovely, but we didn’t end up purchasing it because there was a miscommunication on their part about the final price. I recently had a very negative experience with Freedom Nissan car dealership that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Firstly, the dealership failed to respond to my inquiries in a timely manner, which was frustrating and made me feel undervalued as a potential customer. Moreover, when I finally decided to purchase a vehicle from Freedom Nissan, I encountered numerous roadblocks during the buying process. For example, they requested a full amount deposit upfront, which seemed unreasonable to me. Then, after a few days, they increased the price of the vehicle, which left me feeling misled and cheated. Overall, I found the experience with Freedom Nissan to be incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The lack of communication and transparency, coupled with the roadblocks to buying the car, left me feeling like I couldn't trust the dealership. I would not recommend Freedom Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
