One Star for the Service Dept. The Sales Dept at this dealership is one thing but the Service Dept is entirely another. I haven't had a single good experience with the Service Dept. The Sales Dept at this dealership is one thing but the Service Dept is entirely another. I haven't had a single good experience with the Service Dept. since I leased my vehicle back in 2016. The last one in February, 2019 was by far the worst. Waiting a month to write this review hasn't changed my opinion. I'm looking forward to returning my leased vehicle to them later this year and I won't be back. More

Over $100. To change a bulb is ridiculous I have taken my truck to you for an oil change so when I had an issue with the taillight I went back since everything was working except the actual li I have taken my truck to you for an oil change so when I had an issue with the taillight I went back since everything was working except the actual lights even when you pressed to lock the doors the lights flashed. After 2 hours in bad to call and be told it was just the light bulbs and was given a price when I reminded them I had a 25% off coupon they just raised the price and still charged me $80.00 in labor and over $10.00 for each bulb. You may have gotten me once but I will never go back not for service or when the time comes to buy a new vichicle. Oh and buy the way the truck was a 2016 a month out of warranty. I can see why Chevy and GM vichicles are not selling More

Employees Kim (so friendly with her welcoming smile) and Tim (knowledgeable determining the motor mounts were causing the issue with the engine and easy explaining the complicated repair plus calming our nerves from being out of town). My 89 years old mother had her vehicle rear ended. Highly Recommend!!! Concierge type service from Kyle Holsombach of Gainesville Buick Body Shop. My 89 years old mother had her vehicle rear ended. We took her car into Gainesville Buick Body Shop, which handles many different Brands & Models of cars, including VW. From the moment my mother walked in, she was warmly greeted, to Kyle and his team taking the time to walk my mom through their inspection of the vehicle, the importance of the photos, plus explaining the entire process in step by step detail. Our insurance adjuster was familiar with the Gainesville Buick Body shop, and was more than pleased to work with them. We were updated at every step, including when additional hidden damage behind the bumper was found. Best was that this location has Rental Vehicles available on site, which meant we did not have to Uber/Lyft to an off site location. When we picked up the car, Kyle did a walk through of the paperwork and car to point out the quality of the work. Will recommend Buick Body shop to any one of our friends or family that needs auto body repair. Great Experience!!!! Thank you! More

Problem is not resolved We have taken our car in twice to repair a “hesitation/jerking/ burping” from a cold start. After spending $3,000 on “repairs”, the problem reoccurred We have taken our car in twice to repair a “hesitation/jerking/ burping” from a cold start. After spending $3,000 on “repairs”, the problem reoccurred on Sunday. The problem is not resolved. I called your Service Dept on Monday and asked the lady to please have someone review our repair records and try to determine what the problem is and why your $3,000 repair job did not fix the problem. No phone call back yet?? More
