Who changed my review? It was an awful experience. Your salesman stated the vehicle was looked over. When we took it to our mechanic who inspected it the four wheel bearings were bad. This is a safety issue. We had a 2 Hour Dr. home after picking the vehicle up and were lucky that we didn’t have an accident. That would’ve been a lawsuit. We had to pay $1000 for this fix. When I called and talked to your manager, Steve, I was yelled at. So much so that my son overheard and Came and recorded our conversation as I was On speaker. I wish I could put it on here. He insinuated that my mechanic said the vehicle needed all four wheel bearings replaced, but they didn’t need to be. When I told him I’ve been going to my mechanic for 20 years he told me he was doing this for over 50. Ok ? Sure ..I asked to talk to another manager and he said “you don’t get to talk to another manager.” Steve needs some training in customer service. I did leave a voice mail to the GM but as yet haven’t heard anything.

The vehicle you purchased went though our service department and was road tested. We do take the safety of our customers seriously, which is why all of our vehicles are safety checked. We have all of our vehicles competitively priced to be able to not to haggle over pricing. Sounds like you had concerns on the conditions of the wheel bearings, we would be more than happy to look it over with our service team.
