BEWARE! !! Salesman told us the truck we purchased along with CARFAX was in great condition. All 4 wheelbearings were bad. $1000.00 fix ~This is a SAFETY iss !! Salesman told us the truck we purchased along with CARFAX was in great condition. All 4 wheelbearings were bad. $1000.00 fix ~This is a SAFETY issue. I understand "as is" but we had a 2 hour drive home and just lucky nothing happened. Then there would be a lawsuit. Don't tell me the vehicle was "inspected" And as their Delivery confirmation states " free from any resonable discoverable defects" I would say NOT. This is also the first time in 40 years of driving and buying vehicles that this salesman would not budge one cent on the price. No trade in. When I called and talked to the manager I was basically yelled at. Enough that my son heard and recorded, as I was on speaker. Went as far as saying my mechanic of 20+ years ripped me off and when I asked to speak to another manager I was told "You don't get to talk to another one" Steve (manager) needs a course in Customer service. Wish I could attach the recording here.And how convienient the salesman who sold us the truck is no longer there. Left a message to the GM (Mike) but as of yet I heard nothing. More
