We apologized to this customer and assured her it would not happen again. We try to be very sensitive to our customer's needs and respectful of their schedules but obviously failed in this case. We also tried to find out what happened with the customer's bill and why there was a discrepancy between the original quote and the final amount. Unfortunately, without more information from the customer we have not been able to trace the transaction. This is not common practice for us and we would like to know where our process failed.
