My Review of Garden City Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I drive by this place all the time, and finally decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. What I did not get was the usual bum rush of sales people fighting for my commission. What i did get was a very smart, knowledgeable young lady who was able answer all of my questions without the usual runaround. She was extremely helpful in paring down all the choices available based on price, use, passenger, gas mileage, and ended up with a Journey. When I told her I wasn't ready to buy yet she didn't give me any attitude, and gave me a smile. I left without any bad vibes, and some knowledge on a future purchase. When I'm ready to buy, I'm going back to see Katie!

My Review of Garden City Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I walked in with a buddy, looking at a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. We were greeted quickly by Katie who was very friendly. She walked the lot with us and showed us the vehicle we were looking at. She had all the information and then some that we needed, and even showed us some comparable vehicles that I could look at. I will definetly be coming back when my current lease is up soon. I did not talk pricing while there, only looking for information and ideas, all of which Kate had a plethora of.

Unethical business practices, Switch and bait, Have to talk to manager, No alarm no warranties will have high interest rate, every trick that existed was tried. We need to fight ppl like this and by using the information above we can. This was my 4th dealer of the day on long island and i can say that either they are all owned by the same person or are somehow related. sales guy seemed pretty nice but new and the manager has an issue with math or just doesnt like cash, when we got there we told them we were paying cash and that all we needed was to find a good car for a good price, well seems they only give good prices with their own financing. Another waste of time, breathe and alot more headaches. I am starting to feel like all dealers out here are just a bunch of thugs that need to feel the sting of local state and federal fingers, time to find some more dealers try to take me for every penny i have, sad part is every penny i have i was trying to give them and it wasnt enough.

My Review of Garden City Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
The sales manager who never gave me a business card and whose name escapes me, is a humorless individual who resents being challenged on his price quotes. He is unprofessional in suggesting that perhaps "this is not the car for you" when an offer is made that is lower than he would like to hear. He does not seem to understand the negotiating process, and that if an offer is inadequate, he can simply reject it. Likewise, if a customer is quoted a price that is perceived as being excessively high, then he can simply walk out. This seems to be a process the sales manager is uncomfortable with, and his tolerance for customers seeking to get the best bang for their buck is remarkably low.

This dealership generally is a three-ring circus. It seems very disorganized, with inordinate time delays for no apparent reason. Sales people seem to try to help several customers at once, and they must confer with the almighty sales manager for questions you would expect a seasoned sales rep to handle on her own. The sales reps all line up at the front desk for instructions from their micromanager like school children. My impression from a longer-than-necessary visit to this dealership is that it is "Mickey Mouse" and that the sales force apparently prefers dealing with poorly-educated, and unsophisticated consumers who can more readily be persuaded to accept an inflated price on a new vehicle. If you fit this profile, you may want to go here to get overcharged. They will probably treat you well if you overpay.

They listen to you very carefully and make your deal very fair. Best part is that they never pressurize you. I will highly recommend people to buy a new or used car from Garden City Jeep. What a unique and unexpectedly pleasant experience I had in buying a used car from Mike Villani and his staff at Garden City Chrysler Jeep. I'm a skeptical person by nature (especially when dealing with car dealers) and I have to say that I found everyone I dealt with at Garden City to be honest, fair, and accommodating. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and what my budget was and then proceeded to patiently show me many different options without making me feel pressured. I recommend this dealership to anyone.

My Review of Garden City Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
This was my first attempt at purchasing a new car for the first time and trade in my used vehicle. After visiting 2 other dealerships, from the second I entered the dealership, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. With giving me absolute top dollar on my trade and the lowest possible price on my new purchase. The financing was explained to me slowly and in a language that I understood, and they didnt try to fast talk me with big financial words that I have never heard of. My sales rep carefully explained to me how to operate everything to me on my New Chrysler, and he even personally rewiped down my new car that had collected a little pollen. One thing that I felt as a warm touch was to meet with the owner and not because I had asked. The entrie staff truly does care about the dealership and my buying experience and I didnt feel that I was on an assembly line and just being rushed into a deal so that they could get to the next sale.
I have recommended several people to buy their next new or used vehicle from Garden City Jeep and it was def worth the 25 mile drive.

My experience in purchasing our new Jeep Unlimited was excellent. Mike and his entire staff were helpful and available throughout the process from ordering to delivery. Whenever I needed a question answered every call or e-mail received a prompt reply. I have referred numerous friends and associates to Garden City as a result of my very positive experience and when I am in the market again for a new vehicle I will definitely return.

I am a rucurring customer and have recommended Garden City Chrysler Jeep Dodge to many friends, family and coworkers. Mike Villani is excellent at finding the right car/SUV for me. My needs have changed over the years and Mike has always found a car/SUV that fit my needs and price range. All visits to the dealership be it for sales or service have been comfortable and professional. This is a great dealership and I will continue to recommend my friends, family and coworkers. Other staff members have also been very very good at making me feel good about my choice in selecting Garden City Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I'm sorry that I cannot remember their names but I will say that I dealt with a finance guy and a salesman or two that were very courtious and professional. Good stuff!
