Traded in our 2020 Cadillac Escalade for a 2023 Cadillac XT6. We love our new XT6. Hannah was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable, personable, and just made the whole experience fun. Any problem we encountered, he was very responsive and quick to work out a plan to get it fixed. We have been really impressed with the integrity of this dealership/company - everything they promised was delivered on and everyone has really gone the extra mile to provide us with the best possible vehicle, even after the sale was completed. I usually hate the whole car buying process, but this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I've ever had. Thank You! More

Stay far away! ! Ordered a new GMC Yukon XL w/ the Duramax engine back in April. Put down a large down-payment hoping to speed up the process. The first 'sales adv ! Ordered a new GMC Yukon XL w/ the Duramax engine back in April. Put down a large down-payment hoping to speed up the process. The first 'sales advisor' quit and no one from the dealership thought it good to let me know. The only way to get info from them was to physically stop in a speak to someone. "We moved you up to priority one" what ever that means. Long story short, we cancelled the order and went to Glenn Polk in Gainesville where they had one in stock which we purchased. More
