I have been in many dealerships car shopping and have bought a few cars in my life. I have never been treated with so much respect and generosity before. They really make car shopping fun. The car I bought was a used Mazda, that was not under warranty. I was in a binned and need a car ASAP. A.J. was to the rescue and helped me saucer a loan for such a low coast car and I was able to drive off the lot that day. A few days after my parches the muffler came loose, :( after some quick rigging to make sure it would not fall off... I drove to the dealer and asked if they could fix it. A.J. was once again to my rescue ( expecting a no you bought it as is... the type of comment that I would have gotten at any other dealer) I was super excited when they said they would gladly fix it for me. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, and free of charge!!! This dealer has outstand customer service. The owner should give all his employees a big bonus!!! More

Outstanding Experience at Richmond Honda/Sam Swope I had intentions of purchasing a used, (definitely Not New) Honda Accord ES or possibly a SUV. Ron Smith/Salesman was very accommodating to let test I had intentions of purchasing a used, (definitely Not New) Honda Accord ES or possibly a SUV. Ron Smith/Salesman was very accommodating to let test drive several on the lot....not finding what I was looking for, he suggested I drive a 2014 Accord ES V6 retailing 32,000. (took him a few visits for me to agree). I was very impressed so immediately, he got David Lair/(Upper) Finance Manager involved and working his magic,helping me every step of the way to make the best decision financially. I did not think I would be approved for the payment and the down payment I needed. Mr. Lair assured me it could be possible...he diligently worked with the bank to make that happen..... He gave me exactly what I wanted and more plus the gorgeous 2014 Honda Accord 4 DR EX-LV6 I wanted! I feel like I received a fantastic deal and met new friends! I went to this dealership to look at a used Ford Eddie Bauer Expedition 4wd. Upon arrival everyone was friendly and helpful. The sales associate immediately went to work and brought the vehicle around to the front of the showroom for me to look at. After viewing the vehicle, I was offered a test drive. I decided to buy the vehicle if the numbers were right. The dealership was very flexible and negotiated well to meet my needs. They also worked quickly to get me financed and I drove the vehicle home! Awesome experience and very great to work with! More

I DRIVE 160 miles and 3 hours to get service done here rather than take it to the Honda dealer in Charleston, WV. We were treated so terribly there and refuse to step foot in that dealership again! I went to the dealership after hours to look at a vehicle for my sister. RC just happened to be leaving but took the time to show me the vehicle and even let me drive it home that night to show it to my sis for my sister. He stayed and not only helped me but another lady that was having car trouble. He was there an hour and a half after closing. After purchasing the van, RJ helped me find a dependable vehicle for myself that's super on gas. They were willing to work with me even though I didn't have a great credit score. They treated me like I was somebody and took their time out to help me and go the extra mile. RJ was great, not pushy and let me look at multiple vehicles until I found the right one. All the guys and gals there are great and I would and have recommended this group to my friends and family. I will be going back to these guys for my next vehicle purchase which may be a while seeing as I bought a Honda! lol!!! :) They definitely will go out of their way and they ready their customers great!! We visited the Richmond Honda dealership on May 17th and worked with David Johnson on our purchase. He was very knowledgable, friendly and was able to answer all the questions we had on the CR-V that we pur worked with David Johnson on our purchase. The dealership ordered the particular vehicle that we requested and had it delivered and ready to go for us on Saturday as promised. The entire staff made the experience very relaxed and pleasant. This was due to their friendliness and the fact that everyone who was involved could answer our questions directly and without hesitation. We felt confident in the dealership as a whole from the salesman, finance manager and service department. David Johnson was very friendly and knew what we were looking for and went out of his way to make sure that we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted and told us we could pick it up on Saturday and everything was delivered as promised. We had already done the research on the vehicle and knew what we wanted. David was able to get this done for us and at the price that we wanted to pay. David and the entire staff was very courteous and made this a very smooth and comfortable experience from start to finish. Most of my experiences with car salesman are in the negative is a kind word to use. Jeff was great with listening to what i wanted in a car and what price i wanted to spend. he didnt try to put in something to fit the "budget" instead of what i wanted in a car. Last car i purchased took me 31 days to negotiate a deal. Jeff didnt have what i wanted on the lot at the time. He found a good car and exactly what i wanted in just 5 days and the day i test drove, i bought the car,signed my papers and was out in my new purchase in less than 4 hours. that is great and effient work in my opinion. Those guys worked as a team to get what i wanted and made me a permenant customer of Sam Swope Honda in Richmond Ky. great group of people! Makes me feel like i owe them lunch or just some appreciation for all of their help. More
