My Review of Gerald Hyundai:
As far as my rating of only 4 for quality of work: there were some scratches on the hood of the car, (I know that it came from another dealership so I don't blame Gerald for that at all) when the shop buffed out the scratches for me they did a horrible job of either over buffing or simply forgot to do the "swirl remover" stage of buffing and there are nasty swirl marks all over my hood now and it really bothers me.

As far as my 4 rating for price: I wanted to agree on a total price of the vehicle and Mike kept switching me to payments. I didn't like that because I know the trick with the payments. However, despite my knowing better, I ended up falling for the payments trick anyways thanks to my wife rushing me. In looking at the end numbers, I feel like they basically took my trade in off of me for a third of the price they offered me because of the mark up on the total price for my purchase. I shouldn't have rushed...

Worked very hard to ensure that I would be able to receive the car that I wanted. Since this was my first new car purchase, they worked diligently with the bank and spent alot of time explaining the process to me. Also, they made sure I was comfortable with all of the features of the car before they let me drive off the lot.

My Review of Gerald Hyundai:
It was a Great experience from beginning to end. Sonny found the car and had it delivered to the dealership. He put it on hold until I could bring my wife into drive it. Dany is a very good salesman and exhibited great followup skills as promised. Ed was very enthusiastic about his own Sonata Hybrid and shared his short experience with the car. Ed did not stop at just obtaining financing, he worked and got a lower percentage rate. Ed followed up to make sure everything went well too. Overall it was a Great experience at the dealership, I can only hope the visits to the Service Department go as well.

Michael was great helping my parents to purchase their new Sonata, he was very patient and walked them through every step. Myself and Michael discussed all the details and their needs prior to the purchase and then took the time with them to complete the transaction. My parents had stated several times after the purchase Michael was very freindly and professional making the purchase enjoyable.

My Review of Gerald Hyundai:
When I first called I dealt with Augie. He was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Good about returning calls as well. He wasnt going to be available when I was coming in so he referred me to Mike Hall. Mike was very friendly as well and made you feel as you been friends for years. The whole staff was very nice. And a big thank you to Mr Chino for getting me out of my upside mini van into a gorgeous VW Tiguan, which I love. He got me lower payments and payment free for the next 3 months. This is my 2nd time dealing with Gerald with a car purchase and both went smoothly. I am planning to keep this car for a while, I promise. But when I do decide to trade again I will def work with this staff and will refer them as well. They actually do care about the customer and was willing to do anything to help me out. Thanks guys!!!
