$700 fake fee, plus $500 proc fee, plus price of car. Warning to all, they do not list in their fine print they have a $700 fee on all used cars for a tracker. So, if you're interested in a car here due Warning to all, they do not list in their fine print they have a $700 fee on all used cars for a tracker. So, if you're interested in a car here due to an appealing price, just know it will be $1200 more before you even think about taxes, warranties or anything else. You will be laughed at when asked why, or if the price can be worked on. Me and some friends came to look at a used Toyota Corolla today, we spoke with Donald Ivey. From the start it was infuriating as a prior salesman, as Don didn't even bother to introduce himself until 25 minutes in as we were walking outside, no handshake, how are you, or anything just a "have you spoken to anyone else", while walking around randomly ignoring us for the first 25 minutes. Oh well, no big deal, but he also lied to us multiple times, once sating he had keys to the car, and then 5 minutes of waiting later saying some random other salesperson actually had them, so he didn't have the keys all along... while we were waiting... Again harmless, but why lie and say you have them in the first place? Just odd. For 16 years in, he didn't seem to want to sell a car, he had us go on the test drive alone, without bothering to tell us about the car, or show it to us. Just handing the keys over and walking away. The car itself was nice, it had a few scratches, and a cracked windshield, what you'd expect for a 52k mile vehicle (it is a 2022 so only a year old), but overall, it was a good deal. Until... They informed us that they have a $700 tracking fee, in which cannot be removed on top of their $500 proc fee which are both non-negotiable. And to current active military members, we don't exactly want trackers on our stuff let alone our vehicles. When asked about it, they basically said too bad, it gets put on every single vehicle, you have to pay it and we won't remove the tracker or fee. Which was fine, until their version of working with us was a few hundred dollars off... The car brand new was sold for $20,800 (we know this as they left a previous customers personal information in the glove box with the original sales contract from when it was brand new with 8 miles), they were trying to sell it to us for $21,700 with 52,000 miles... (Don also took high offense when told they had left said information in the car, as it had private information such as the customers home address, he responded stating that's not his fault and not his problem... I hope that's not how my information would be handled...). When we asked if the price could be worked on, we were under the impression the car was still online for 20,500, we did not know it had been discounted to 19,900 online at this time, and Don literally said, for your service we will work on it and maybe get it down to 19,9... If you are now selling the car for 19,9 online, feels a little shady and disappointing to just use that as a "Military discount"... It took us around 30 minutes just to get a price break down, in which they took away immediately after, not being able to see again until another 20 minutes later. Obviously, it's not a "Good deal" like they kept telling us if their too scared to even leave the paper on the desk. Honestly just disappointing, expected better from such a large dealership, we were ready to purchase a car, for pretty much exactly what they were asking, until they through some random huge fee at it. I will say the sales manager who came over was very nice, straight to the point, and said he just wasn't able to work with us. I would have left it there, and accepted that it just wasn't meant to be, if Don had not been so careless. But overall, the whole experience was unpleasant. Did not feel as though we were treated like customers whose business was wanted, I would not recommend others shop here. More

As far as the new sales person and the sale manager were very nice, the finance person was unprofessional. Instead of speaking with me at a table that did not have 2 other customers (that I did not know) a very nice, the finance person was unprofessional. Instead of speaking with me at a table that did not have 2 other customers (that I did not know) about my personal finances he shows me on a piece of paper, that he had scribble my monthly amount with a 60 month plan and that was it at the end of the 60 months 10,000 dollars over the asking price! When I stated that was more then I wanted to pay, he stated something about he could not find where I had financed a car in over 10 years. Which was corrected because my last vehicle I had paid cash. I also informed him that I had just purchased a home last month. So, he said to oh let me check something, left me sitting there and then the next thing I knew my sales person was bring me back my car keys. The finance person never gave me an explanation of the decision, never asked me can we come to a middle ground nothing. Wow is it because I am a Army Vet, a woman and a person of color??????? He needs customer service training. When I do decide to purchase a car it won’t be from this dealership and oh I will go to my credit union so i won’t have to deal with another financial person like him ever! Oh by the way I get a retirement check and social security and long with payment on a rental property so I could afford the offer, but why should I pay the black price when I want the white price!
