I was made to feel that I was free to take all the time I needed in asking questions and I was given full opportunity to explain what I wished to purchase and the price range that would fit into my budget. I felt like every effort was made to find me the car I wanted to lease at a price I could comfortably afford. The showroom was clean and well lit and the restroom facilities were spotless. Still have a damaged (NEW) car from them and still unhappy...they did not even get the info on the title the way we wanted it... More

I was so impressed with my car-buying experience. Everyone in the dealership was warm and pleasant. My husband and I were looking to trade in our 2006 Mercedes that was upside down in payments/value. We left with a 2010 Honda Accord 3-year lease, and payments a little less than the Mercedes. Karen went above and beyond helping us make the deal. A couple months later, my husband found a job with AFLAC and needed a car. Back to the Honda dealership we went looking for another deal. Long story short, Karen helped us again find a certified used Accord, a 2007 with about 26,000 miles. Karen and the dealership worked with us on the price and with minimum out of pocket we purchased the Honda. We are very pleased with Karen and Germain Honda. Thanks!!! More

They examined my needs with me and made sure that the decision was all mine. They were courteous and respectful when I asked for some time to gather my thoughts. Even after the sale, they continue to make sure that I am completely satisfied with the vehicle and the service I received at their dealership. I would recommend my salesperson, Seref Denizeri, or any of the team members at Germain Honda to any person looking for a great deal on a great vehicle.
