Pray you don't have to get your car serviced. They left my car unlocked and items were stolen and my car damaged. Billy Blanton did nothing to help me. He's the so called service manager. More

You did not have a team reviewing, only Billy Blanton and he acted like he was looking at the camera whenever I came around. There's no way you can tell me you wouldn't see anything or anyone going inside my car or going into my trunk walking away with a big black bag on their shoulder. I don't believe it and as far as I'm concern I'll keep letting people know what happened and to stay away from your dealership!

We are disappointed to learn of your dissatisfaction with our dealership. Our records/photos indicate that there was no dirt on your vehicle it has an indented bumper, the rear taillight is broken and there is paint color transfer from another vehicle in the area of the blind spot monitoring sensor. Our team advised you that we would need to diagnose and if the sensor or the plate / mounting bracket the sensor is on is not damaged, then it would most likely be a warranty issue. I must say that I felt well cared for with Germain wanting to make things right. While we can't go back in time to change my previous experience, the follow up done as a result of this review helped. I was given some further explanations and they detailed my vehicle very nicely which I much appreciated. I've been going to this dealership for many years and I have been very satisfied with the service.

That's interesting because Toyota North America keeps telling me they have contacted Germain Toyota and that I should expect a call from the Customer Relations Manager. I can include my entire email chain if needed. Here is the file #210712000752. This is now the fourth day since being told I would be contacted and I have yet to be contacted by Germain. Apparently, it is more important for Germain to scour their reviews and show appeasement here to save face than to actually contact and try to rectify this issue.
