Transmission Issue We had an issue with the automatic transmission in our 2014 Ford Focus. There were no service lights on, but it was just not shifting right. We took it to a "transmission specialist" who could not figure it out, but still charged us a significant service fee. Though we did not purchase the car at Gervais, we took it there hoping they could figure it out. Not only did they diagnose the problem in a very short period of time, they let us know the repair would be under warranty. The parts were ordered, the appointment was scheduled and the job was completed in one day at no charge to me. I have two Fords and in the future should I need mechanical help, Gervais will be my first call. More

MA Safety Inspection issue corrected on the spot I prepared our vehicle for the annual MA safety inspection by replacing a head light bulb beforehand but I misaligned the light. Last minute New Battery Got stuck with a dead battery. Called right before they were going to close. They took me right in and did the job in 10 minutes. Saved me that day as it was a Saturday and I would have had to go to an auto parts store to replace it which I did not want to deal with figuring out which one and how good the battery might be. I do all my service with Gervais as well, they are always efficient and generally no different in cost than any other shop. More

Brought my vehicle in to quick lane for inspection and headlight replacement. Lou was able to help maintain reasonable cost for the headlight.
