Never responded to at least 2 emails. Also, despite knowing since the Monday or Tuesday previous, the car hadn’t even been prepped when we got there Saturday for our appointment. We spent at least an hour longer there than was necessary, waiting around for many people to do their part, making us late for our next appointment. More

I initially arrived for my appointment for service to be notified I was not on the schedule. I explained my situation that I was traveling and way overdue for an oil change. Nicolas spoke with his colleagu notified I was not on the schedule. I explained my situation that I was traveling and way overdue for an oil change. Nicolas spoke with his colleagues and they were able to fit me in with an already full schedule. I was thankful, however the wait was longer than normal. Service was good. More

The dealership building was not great. I do not care mind you but others won't. Initially the agreed to deal was messed up and we made a wasted morning of a dealer visit.
