Dealership was easy to find and showroom and salesperson cubicles were clean, well appointed and comfortable. Client advisor Taga Sickler was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, easy to cubicles were clean, well appointed and comfortable. Client advisor Taga Sickler was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, easy to talk with and answered all our questions. Since we talked with him by phone prior to visiting the dealership, relevant paperwork was ready for review quickly and the vehicle was ready for our viewing. Once negotiations were concluded we proceeded to the finance section. All the forms necessary to conclude the purchase were displayed, reviewed and signed on a very impressive large desktop screen which made them easy to read and understand. The amount of forms required however seemed excessive and made for a lengthy visit but the finance manager explained everything and answered all our questions. All staff members were professional and courteous and I found the entire buying experience at this dealership top-notch. More

First time buying car remotely over Internet and they really helped make it less painful. Malcolm, my salesman did a great job of virtually walking me through and showing me vehicle. I have 67,000 miles on my vehicle and the service department has always done a fine job of keeping my car in top shape, The only downside is that the best ever service advisor is no longer with Gette department has always done a fine job of keeping my car in top shape, The only downside is that the best ever service advisor is no longer with Gettel. So, I was scheduled to meet with Christine but she was also no longer there and was directed Steve who had only work there for 4-days. I also had an appointment to meet with an associate to give me a quotation to buy my vehicle and he was no longer there. Not sure the reason for the sudden rapid turnover with the associates. However, I still give the service center 5 stars. Of the persons listed below, I did not work with any of them, my new advisor was Steve. Will he still be working there for my next appointment? More
