My review is not to the sales rep that helped me. I really wanted to give the dealership a good review but as for now I can’t. The sales rep was great I came in Friday and ended up buying a used F150 I really wanted to give the dealership a good review but as for now I can’t. The sales rep was great I came in Friday and ended up buying a used F150. The sales rep and I went over the numbers back and forth with is the typical way of working on the deal. It was raining very hard that day so I couldn’t get good look over on the truck. Sales rep did bring it into the service bay so I call look it over. The truck was still wet. So we make the deal finance was quick and I was driving home with my new truck. The next day when it’s dry and I clean the tru k I noticed that the tail light had a crack in it and there was water inside it so I sent a text to the sales rep and he said he will ask the used car manager. Next day he calls and said the used car manager can’t help or do anything for me. He said that it’s not a safety problem even if there is water inside the tail light. I told the sales rep that he knew it was raining hard and that we missed it when I was looking over the truck. He said as of now sorry but used car manager said can’t help. So everything was good until I needed just a bit of help and the used car manager said no not my problem they got paid and he clearly doesn’t care. It’s a shame because I really wanted to leave a good review but I guess not. Please look over the cars you are looking to buy. More
