These guys are THE BEST!!!! We have 2 Volkswagen's in our family. My kids drive a Touareg and after driving a SAAB for many years i switched to a VW CC. these guys have taken INCREDIBLE care of me and my fam family. My kids drive a Touareg and after driving a SAAB for many years i switched to a VW CC. these guys have taken INCREDIBLE care of me and my family. my Touareg has had some issues, but the level of service, attention and the ease of calling them and having Chris and Tyler help me with suggestions on fixes, little nuance secrets they have seen over the years and prompt attention when this thing has broken down is WAAYYYY above the call of duty, for any service department. I have even started bringing my wife's Toyota land cruiser to them for oil changes. Cant say enough about my experience with these guys and their level of service. Thanks very much Chris, Tyler and Jeff. You guys make the headaches of dealing with cars when they breakdown easy and even enjoyable. More

I was low on coolant fluid, within minutes they had my vehicle fluid topped off and they also did a quick look over to make sure I was in good shape. The service I received today was good old fashion small town customer service, and that service is what I will remember when I purchase my next VW. I know Tyler and Chris are not in sales, but when we buy another car we will strongly consider Glenwood Springs VW because of their customer service. WOW! Tyler saved us while on a road trip visiting Colorado from Texas. My brand new 2020 Atlas with 3000 miles had a screen malfunction. The entire instrument panel went black, leaving us unable to v Colorado from Texas. My brand new 2020 Atlas with 3000 miles had a screen malfunction. The entire instrument panel went black, leaving us unable to view the speedometer, gas tank, etc. We contacted VW roadside and it was going to be a nightmare having our car towed to the dealership then figuring our how to get us back home to Texas. Tyler spoke with us over the phone and gave us a tip how to do a factory reset on the car. It brought the screen back to life and allowed us to be able to drive back to Texas. Thank you Tyler!!! Above and beyond customer service Was travelling through town on my way to Moab from the front range when I stopped for a break and my car wouldn't re-start and was clearly having weir Was travelling through town on my way to Moab from the front range when I stopped for a break and my car wouldn't re-start and was clearly having weird electrical issues (2016 VW GLI). Tyler from the dealership drove in his own car to me to check things out, and even brought a new battery for my key fob. He ran a couple of tests and determined the car needed to be towed to the dealership. Once there, they quickly identified a freak weather-related ice/snow damaged wire. They fixed it and sent me on my way. Tyler went above and beyond by personally investing his time, expertise and his own gas! More

He put it on the computer, cleaning up the error as well as other errors that were behind the scene. He brought my car back out, explained what he did and how the error occurs and sent me on my way.
