"Repair of driver-side sun visor"

The sun visor on our 2013 Prius has come loose and hangs down on two separate occasions. On this most recent repair the dealership was very prompt and efficient, made the repair without an appointment and didn't charge us. Holly and Justin are exceptional employees and a pleasure to deal with. Haven't experienced service like this from other dealerships.

"Service Department"

I have owned my Toyota Camry for 3 years and have visited the service department many times for required maintenance. Holly and Justin have been very helpful. They are pleasant, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help; They are assets to the Gloucester Toyota team.

"Service Department "

I had a part falling off the front of my car and went by the dealership to see what part needed to be ordered prior to setting up my appointment. Instead of ordering a part and making the appointment, they fixed it on the spot for me and did not charge me. We have bought two vehicles at this dealership and have three serviced when needed. We have been so pleased with the service in every department, we plan to always buy our vehicles from Gloucester Toyota and to continue all maintiance/service performed there.

"Justin fixed my bluetooth problem"

My bluetooth had not been working in the car for quite a while. I took it to Verizon and they couldn't fix it, recommending that I take it to my dealer. Justin McAndrews took my car and in no time had the problem fixed. Now I feel better knowing that I can use my phone again in the car. Justin is awesome and I'm glad Gloucester has him!

"Outstanding Customer Service"

I drove into Gloucester Toyota after having been appraised by a law enforcement professional that I had a rear break light that was not working. I was in a terrible time crunch situation, having to pick up my daughter within the next 30-minutes. Justin was simply awesome, and that is putting it mildly. He immediately checked the light, took off the cover, pulled out the burnt out bulb, sent me to the parts department (also awesome folks!) and installed the new bulb personally. I was out of there within 15-minutes of my arrival! All I can say is that Gloucester Toyota has a great manager in Justin and they will get my business in the future! I wholeheartedly and without reservation would recommend anyone and everyone to utilize the Gloucester Toyota Service Department.

"Flawless inspection"

Justin did a wonderful job scheduling a state inspection at the earliest available appointment at my fault of short notice. The service technicians began service on time and did not delay the completion. Very impressed with the high level of service and highly recommend Toyota to everyone.

"Nearly killed my family"

Bought four new michelins and headed for North Carolina. Highway driving. By New Bern funny noise. Pulled into New Bern Toyota and found right front tire had three lugs MISSING and the last two loose. Right front tire minutes from flying off at highway speeds. Called the dealer. Left messages. "Unprofessional and rude"

I took my 2007 Toyota Tacoma to this dealership to have 3 recalls taken care of. When I got my truck back, my husband noticed that the compound they put underneath the truck was all over the sides and wheels. He took it back to have this cleaned up. When my husband brought the truck back to me, I noticed the passenger side rain guard was broken and put back together with scotch tape. When we confronted them about this, the said we couldn't prove they did it and they absolutely wouldn't replace it. The issue isn't really the rain guard, it's the fact they lied about it and then tried to hide it the way my toddler would. Good old scotch tape.

"Three Toyota"s owner!"

I own three Toyota vehicles...one for work, one for pleasure, and the oldest a 1997 Four-Runner we just can't seem to let go. Toyota is an excellent product and Gloucester Toyota is an excellent dealership! Doug Updike, service manager; Lee Hollinsworth, parts department; and Holly in service; have kept my vehicles running for years! Each employee at the dealership goes above and beyond serving the customers. I highly recommend Gloucester Toyota!
