"Great Service on my Toyota"

I have had several visits to this dealership for service on my Toyota. They are very helpful and go out of their way to accommodate my schedule for routine service. The waiting room is small but comfortable and the staff in the office who take your payment are also very helpful and friendly. I have been used several other dealerships throughout the years and Gloucester Toyota might not be the biggest, but it is my favorite!

"Service I can Trust"

I bought my Camry from Gloucester Toyota in 2002 and have taken it there for all its maintenance, repairs and inspections. The work has been completed timely and well and the cost has been reasonable. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, it's important to have a place you can trust. And long-time employee, Holly, is the face of Gloucester Toyota to me. She is upbeat, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I actually enjoy calling to make appointments.

"Courteous, friendly hometown service"

I brought my 2014 Camry in with foreboding. The transmission seemed to be going bad. I was informed that the warranty was extended because of a factory problem with the torque converter and the problem would be fixed under warranty. Very good news. They also told me my car would be ready to pick up on Thursday and it was ready Wednesday at noon. Everyone was kind and friendly and attentive. I couldn't ask for a more positive experience.

"Not treated fairly "

The service manager was rude and pretty much called me a liar . I will never return here again due to his unprofessional attitude and unwillingness to admit that his team did not preform their duties .

"Repair of driver-side sun visor"

The sun visor on our 2013 Prius has come loose and hangs down on two separate occasions. On this most recent repair the dealership was very prompt and efficient, made the repair without an appointment and didn't charge us. Holly and Justin are exceptional employees and a pleasure to deal with. Haven't experienced service like this from other dealerships.

"Service Department"

"Service Department "

I had a part falling off the front of my car and went by the dealership to see what part needed to be ordered prior to setting up my appointment. Instead of ordering a part and making the appointment, they fixed it on the spot for me and did not charge me. We have bought two vehicles at this dealership and have three serviced when needed. We have been so pleased with the service in every department, we plan to always buy our vehicles from Gloucester Toyota and to continue all maintiance/service performed there.

"Justin fixed my bluetooth problem"

My bluetooth had not been working in the car for quite a while. I took it to Verizon and they couldn't fix it, recommending that I take it to my dealer. Justin McAndrews took my car and in no time had the problem fixed. Now I feel better knowing that I can use my phone again in the car. Justin is awesome and I'm glad Gloucester has him!

"Outstanding Customer Service"

I drove into Gloucester Toyota after having been appraised by a law enforcement professional that I had a rear break light that was not working. I was in a terrible time crunch situation, having to pick up my daughter within the next 30-minutes. Justin was simply awesome, and that is putting it mildly. He immediately checked the light, took off the cover, pulled out the burnt out bulb, sent me to the parts department (also awesome folks!) and installed the new bulb personally. I was out of there within 15-minutes of my arrival! All I can say is that Gloucester Toyota has a great manager in Justin and they will get my business in the future! I wholeheartedly and without reservation would recommend anyone and everyone to utilize the Gloucester Toyota Service Department.
