He knew I may not purchase from them given I had done some research for options, but he still went out of his way to get me started and offered me different options to consider wherever it may be. Before I left he introduced me to his supervisor, Allen. He was funny, friendly, and encouraging. I left with a positive feeling. I obviously returned and purchased a CR-V 2014 and I am loving it!!
