Service dept returned my vehicle to me without license plate, tire cover, floor mats where they belong and stickers and writing all over windshield. Had jeep for a month for a 1 day job! Claimed they wash plate, tire cover, floor mats where they belong and stickers and writing all over windshield. Had jeep for a month for a 1 day job! Claimed they washed my vehicle before I picked it up and yet returned it to me full of dirt and even dog prints in back seat not to mention stickers and writing all over windshield. I don't own a dog. Service dept points fingers at everyone else and lies and doesn't take care of their customers. Also, called a few days prior to completion of job to file a complaint with manager Chris who just put Bryan back on phone with me over previous complaint I also had when they missed the deadline to get my car fixed and refused to pay for rental car or give me a loaner in the interim. You should have been ashamed to return a car in this condition to a customer. More
Do not use the service department at this dealership! After going to this dealer for all of my service needs for over four years I experienced the worst customer service ever this week. I started hearing an abnormal noise from the front left wheel on Tuesday. I called my normal service advisor, David, to ask him if they had any rental vehicles available if I brought my truck in to be checked out and fixed. He explained they no longer had rental vehicles available. After locating a rental vehicle available at DFW airport I took my truck to the dealership about 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. David told me the repairs might take 2 or 3 days and that he would call me to give me updates. After not hearing anything from him on Wednesday I called him on Thursday afternoon. He told me then that they had not had a chance to look at it yet but he would get back to me on Friday morning. Crickets... I called him again at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. He told me he would have to check with someone and would call me when they came back from lunch. Crickets again! I went to the dealership about 4:00 p.m. and they still hadn't even looked at the front wheel or done the oil change and tire rotation that was prepaid for. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. After having paid for a rental vehicle for three days there was still zero progress on my truck and I am supposed to believe this is acceptable. I demanded they get my truck so I could get the service completed by a business that has respect for their customers time and money. Never again will I go to this dealership for anything!!! More
I don't know if they are incompetent, or just don't care, but this dealership has gone downhill badly. I have been buying vehicles from them and having them serviced there for over 10 years. I've bought several trucks and a Challenger from them. The last time I tried to buy, they treated me terribly, and said "oh, we all came from Ford, we don't work that way". I continued to use the service department because I have a great advisor, Dakota. But, today, I took my Challenger in for warranty service. I reserved a loaner online when I booked the appointment. I showed up, they went through everything with me, and told me to have a seat in the waiting area. My advisor came over about 10 minutes later and told me the online system is broken and they don't have any cars until August. Huh? They have a lot full of cars. I was basically told to take my car and leave and make another appointment or go somewhere else. Unacceptable. They have lost my business forever. I will never set foot in that dealership again. Very disappointing, as it is near my house. Once again, Dakota is absolutely fantastic in the service department. I'm shocked he is still there. He deserved to represent a dealership that is committed to customer service. So long Grapevine CJDR. I will take my money and my time somewhere else. More

Spent a whole day trying to purchase a Ram 2500 - I don't know why I wasted my time - they ran my credit 6 different banks and came back to me with a xx offer on my trade as well they tried to get me on the know why I wasted my time - they ran my credit 6 different banks and came back to me with a xx offer on my trade as well they tried to get me on the $2000 Grapevine add on..xx. And then to crown it all they tried to swing me a 6.9% deal...even through my credit was over 750. What a bunch of thieves, do yourself a favor...run far away from them they are liars and greedy - I don't see how they even sell any cars! Then as you can guess from reading reviews by now...they hit you with the old $2000 additional Apex add on B.S. Total waste of my time! I even offered them full asking price for the vehicle if they would remove the Apex B.S. and he aid no. Run don’t walk from this xxxx hole! More

I brought my 2016 Ram1500 in for the 4th transmission to be replaced. Huffines Dodge has replaced it twice in the last 3 years! Daniel said we need to find out why it keeps going bad. While I took it in on a Wednesday, & they didn't look at until the following Tuesday, they at least were able to figure out what might be the problem. The last new transmission never had the software updated. This causes the transmission to not communicate properly with the main computer! So far so good! Thank you so much Daniel for taking the time to figure that out! More
