I came into Grapevine Dodge service dept because two other dealers could not figure out what was wrong with my F-250. Terry Cordova couldn't have been better he kept in communication as they went throu other dealers could not figure out what was wrong with my F-250. I just bought a used car from Leo. We did the whole deal over the internet and phone, since I was 500 miles away. Leo was very courteous and helpful throughout the deal. I drove 500 miles yesterday to pick the car up and was pleasantly surprised how quick we were done. I mean even my wife was telling me the whole way up "it's going to take at least a couple of hours to get the deal done" and it took a total of 30 minutes to do the whole deal! Leo even helped us setup the navigation for the ride back home. Great job Leo! There were a couple of things missing on the car, but it was such a great deal, that all is forgiven. I am very happy with the whole experience and recommend Leo to help you with your purchase. Thanks Leo! More

I would like to provide some feedback in regards to a salesman named LEO. The director himself came to me with no solutions and they denied any help at all. No solutions and stated they would never wash my car again. This never should have happened. Worst customer service. HE was unethical and lied during purchase. He stated I would get free car washes no service needed for this. He denied this when I went back today. Note : I had already gotten 3 car washes before. I would not recommend buying a car here to anyone. Who knows what else they may lie on, please everyone make sure to check your paperwork and never believe the salesman. I would not advise you to go to this dealership location. There are plenty of options here in Texas you can go to with better service. I hope this helps the next person and never choose this an option. The least I deserved as a customer was a commitment from the dealership after their employee lied to close a deal. DO NOT GO HERE. More
Drove 2003 Dodge Viper with 6900 miles to service dept. on June 17. Repair vacuum line that kept engine light on. To reset on board computers staff drove car over 100 miles knowing engine oil gauge was mal on June 17. Repair vacuum line that kept engine light on. To reset on board computers staff drove car over 100 miles knowing engine oil gauge was malfunctioning. Engine blew, cracked windshield while loading on tow truck. Still waiting on parts 3.5 months later. No support from Chrysler Corp.. Can’t make this story up. More
I was ready to purchase a 2020 Ram Limited but they wanted to add $2k in dealer add ons at the end no deal. They said if we take off the add ons price will stay the same either you take it or not. Spent $10000 on a new engine last year. Less then 1 year, and 9000 miles later, they won’t stand behind the warranty on the engine, and then wanted an additional $1600 to fix the problem. Don't believe their advertised price! I went there looking for a car that I liked on their website. I made an appointment for a test drive. When I got there, the salesperson allowed me to test drive looking for a car that I liked on their website. I made an appointment for a test drive. While I was on the test drive, the sales person called me to check where I was as if he didn't trust I was going to bring the car back even though I had provided my DL and insurance information.. When I pulled back into their lot after the test drive, he came out and even before I exited the car, presented me a sheet of paper that showed the purchase price was $2000 more than the listed price. It was some "extra" that I was required to purchase. I asked what if I don't want the "extra"? The sales person then got visibily upset and said they don't negotiate. He then tried to hustle me out of their dealership. This dealership did not respect me, and was only interested in my money. I should have read the reviews here before I went there. What a scam! Avoid this dealiership if you can! More
I was there looking at a Rubicon. Right off the bat the salesman tried to pull my credit without talking numbers whatsoever wth?!? I get it I’m a young guy but I’m not an idiot. I was also looking to trade in my 2018 Silverado for the rubicon. They offered me 18k-20k trade in for it! (30k miles perfect condition). So, obviously I got my keys and got the heck out of there. The next day I took my truck to another place where they offered me $29,500. That was a little better lol. After selling my truck I went back just to see if we could work out a deal on the rubicon after getting my truck sold for the price I wanted. Wouldn’t come off internet price a cent and then said that it was standard policy that a gps software be installed for an extra $2000. (No negotiation on that). I then took my business elsewhere and bought a great jeep from a great sales staff that wasn’t just trying to screw me over. Needless to say I would buy a used 2000 Crown Vic with 300k miles off Craigslist than buy a car from these guys. More
