This was teh absolute worst experience I have ever had. I was sold a car that had to be put in the shop twice within 3 weeks of purchase. Aftersales service is really poor. They didnt do tire rotation before selling me the car. And now it pops up as overdue. I went to the dealership to get it replaced but they ordered the wrong replacement. Then they said they will mail me. But they still mailed the wrong one. They also gave me a super expensive insurance to deal with because im a first time buyer eventhough there are Geico and other affordable insurance cards in their desk. So disappointed in trusting them for that. More

Everything went seamlessly, they were informative and efficient. Oil change, brakes, fuel injection flush and recall service done in a matter of a couple of hours. In case you it missed below is the rating I gave Greenway on their website. Before you read it I want to say that given the horrible performance I was angry and tempted to give Joshua a zero. The saving grace that changed my mind was after I’m certain the car had sat untended in the service department for more than 45 minutes - yeah it did I went out there several times and saw it- he went out and started my car and personally tried to move it to the next station. I felt like he was trying and quite frankly seemed to be the only person in that entire building that was. I would have given him a 5 but told him at the start of the service that I could leave and come back but he said it would only be an hour or two and I decided to wait. Four and a half hours later… well you can read it below. I took one star away for that. Here is my post on your website. Enjoy, it’s going to be there till I see a huge improvement in your service. Just can’t help it. All I have to do is be honest. I bought a Sorento from Greenway. Appears to have been a mistake. The car is fine, I’m guessing the dealership is not. The second mistake was being stupid enough to buy a prepaid maintenance contract with them but that in hand I first went to Greenway Kia West for the 5000 mile service. I waited 3 1/2 hours for them to change the oil and rotate the tires. This after making an appointment. Seemed just a bit long to me for such a simple procedure so I thought maybe I should try Greenway East this time. Again after making an appointment and useless contract in hand I went there today. It took them 4 1/2 hours to change the oil and mount a tire. Now I’m 64 years old and not as fast as I used to be but honestly and objectively I’m fairly certain I could have mounted at least 4 tires and completed 5 oil changes in that period of time by myself. Again honestly and objectively I’m pretty sure my 86 year old mother could crawl out of her bed and complete the task in half the time, and if it was possible for her to do it my dead 108 year old grandmother who knew absolutely nothing about cars could crawl from her grave and still beat the mechanics at Greenway either East or West. That’s my honest opinion. All I can say to you is if you do buy a Greenway vehicle be prepared for some serious aggravation on the post sales service end and don’t let them talk you into a maintenance contract. You will do much better with a 15 minute service at Jiffy Lube. More

They were asked why they had changed the agreed price and in a disrespectful way they came threatening us up that if we did not accept we had to leave the office, showing them with evidence (photos), from the agreed at the beginning. When this happened we asked the manager to talk to us in which they denied that there was a manager in the dealer and they never gave us information about the person in charge, a few seconds pass and the employee Ayoub Lazaar of the counter approached us to ask what happened, when we inform him he tells us that if we do not want the car we do not have to buy it, again we tell him what happened and the man threatens to get us out of the dealer by calling 911, we tell him to call them since we did not do anything illegal, and they were stealing from us.
