Chad has helped me take care of my car since I bought it in 2006. I am not a mechanic or knowledgible on car engines but he has taken time to explain what I need to know about my car without making me feel in 2006. His knowledge in customer service exceeds my expectations. He treats me like a close friend or even family member meaning my needs and his guidance in the service of my car are of utmost importance. He has lined out a 1-10 list for me as to what needs to be addressed at what time. Tho, I do like his theory of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"! He has great consideration of customers time. He gets you in and out as he quoted and if something unexpectated pops up he is quick to inform. Like many, I work, and my time and his scheduling are very important. I think Kia is very fortunate to have Chad as an employee and I hope they they award him with recognition, he more than deserves it. He is my Hero! More

I am a director of a customer service division so I tend to be very critical of the quality of customer service given. Chad is amazing, he is helpful, professional and very efficient. Chad understands my financial situations, personal interests, and exactly what my car needs. I've never broken down and never had to worry about a thing before any long mileage trip that I take. More

Chad has serviced my car in the past so now when I bring it in for service I always ask for him. He has always seemed interested and concerned. His interactions with me have been very pleasant so I feel co it in for service I always ask for him. He has always seemed interested and concerned. When the car has been in for a length of time he calls me to update me on the progress. I feel that when I leave my car in his care that he will do his best to make sure the car will receive the service/repair that it needs. More
I had a transmission problem with my car and needed to have it towed to a dealership for warranty repair. Even though I work on South Orange Blossom Trail RIGHT BEHIND the dealership, I decided to bring i have it towed to a dealership for warranty repair. Even though I work on South Orange Blossom Trail RIGHT BEHIND the dealership, I decided to bring it to Orlando East as that is where I bought it from and they are the ones I trust. Sure enough, they helped me with a big smile, fully explained what was wrong with my vehicle and what they were going to do to repair it, exactly how long it would take and provided me a very nice rental so I could get to work. The very next morning, they called me just as they had promised and my car was fixed and ready to go. Due to my work schedule I was not able to pick it up until after the Service Dept had closed. They made arrangments with the sales dept for me to return the rental and pick up my car after they were closed which was extremely helpful. This is my 2nd car I've bought from Kia and due to the AMAZING service Orlando East has provided me, I am now a lifetime customer and do not plan on going anywhere else for a vehicle. I work for a very large automotive school and will definitely be bragging not only on the Kia product but on this particular dealership. :) More
