My car was recalled for some computer issues. We not only received a card about this in the mail, the dealership called us twice. We seldom hear from a dealership for any issues, so this was refreshing. It received a card about this in the mail, the dealership called us twice. We seldom hear from a dealership for any issues, so this was refreshing. It took a long time for the job to be done so we were given a free rental car until it was finished. And because it took so long we also got a free oil change for the inconvenience. We appreciate their hard work and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. The car works well and all problems seem to be corrected. More
I brought my 03 Sebring in for a loud noise in the front and for front brakes. The noise was not related to the brakes and at first the car would not make the noise I was referring to. The Tech Jim, was con and for front brakes. The noise was not related to the brakes and at first the car would not make the noise I was referring to. The Tech Jim, was concerned about the noise I was complaining about and asked to go for a ride with me because he could not hear the noise I was referring to. Finally while on our ride, the car made the noise. Jim spent a lot of time searching the car to make sure there was no issues. He could not find any. He did grease up the front end up really good and NO Noise anymore! YAY!! I was told that I had nothing to fear while driving the car and that i was safe. Whew...That is what I wanted to hear. Also, as far as the brakes ( pads and rotors) are concerned that was replaced. If this is the way this car should have driven with good brakes.....I haven't had good brakes in years!! Feels like driving a new car! Thank you again Haasz Automall for another great trip to your service center. Another satisfied customer!! More

I had been taking my jeep to the dealership where I purchased it until last service - I was told that certain fluids needed changed at less than 30,000 miles - looking in service section of car book I purchased it until last service - I was told that certain fluids needed changed at less than 30,000 miles - looking in service section of car book I found this was not true - I can no longer go there in good faith I dont trust them anymore - Your service Department was friendly and upfront - I called and was given appt the next day - They serviced my car and washed it~ I was given prices for tires that I will be getting soon - I will be going here from now on More
I give Haase a rating of 5. I bought a 2010 Jeep Compass and have only taken it to Haase for service. I always feel welcome when I pull in the service bay. I am always updated on my service and how much m and have only taken it to Haase for service. I always feel welcome when I pull in the service bay. I am always updated on my service and how much more (or less) time until the Jeep is done. As a woman I have never felt that they are trying to sell\service me more then I need. Last fall I had an accident with a deer (the Jeep held up well) which ment a trip to the body shop. They delt with insurance for me so I didn't have to be the "middle" person, and did an excellent job repairing it along with coming in under the estimate. I have never been a big dealership person but since I bought an extended warrenty I wanted Haase to do all the service to ensure if I needed to use the extend warrenty there would be no complications about me taking it some where else. Now I would never think of taking my Jeep else where as I have to say I enjoy my visits to Haase. More
I went into Haasz to get an oil change on my jeep patriot and had also received a letter about trading in my jeep, I decided to inquire and see what my options were. Rich was very patient and answered all my questions. I test drove the dart and the chrysler 200. Haasz was able to put me in a brand new 2013 Chrysler 200 that I absolutely love.
