We chose a pre-owed vehicle and the staff did a great job with the financing! They made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Everyone on staff makes you feel at home and very comfortable. There is no pressure. We had a few small issues after getting the car but they were taken care of on the spot. Not only was Carlos upfront and honest with my trade in vehicle price and the pricing of the vehicles being looked at, Carlos also went the extra mile to explain the vehicle (528ix-M) that I decided to lease. I have leased Mercedes, Audi,etc... And I have to say that this was the most pleasant and informative experience I have gone through at any dealership to date.
