Hagerstown Honda began operation in November 1990 and moved from our temporary location on Frederick Street to the I-70 Auto Mall in July of 1991. Many of our original 12 associates are still members of the Hagerstown Honda team as are many that joined our growing operation in the early 1990s. We are very proud that so many of our associates in all departments remain part of our organization.
In 1997, we added KIA vehicles to our product offerings and completed our new Honda building in 2000, which is twice the size of the new building completed in 1991. We have been very fortunate that many of our customers continue to buy their new and used vehicles from us year after year. We have grown to become one of the top Honda dealers nationwide and with over 3,000 customer deliveries each year, Hagerstown Honda is western Maryland's largest automotive dealer.
As we continue to grow and expand on our 15 acre complex, our goal is always to serve our customers' better. The internet has allowed our new customers to learn more about our service, our inventory and our commitment to customer satisfaction before they drive on the lot. The internet has also allowed our existing customers to make service appointments, purchase parts or just learn more about the exciting new products that come from Honda and KIA every year. Honest and Friendly There were numerous friendly faces there to greet us as we walked in. A gentleman named Tariq immediately asked how he could serve us on our visit. We expressed our interest in the Honda Odyssey and asked to see the models that were present in the lot. Without hesitation, he kindly obliged retrieving keys for the different models and offering test drives to us. We wanted a color option not available on their lot at the time. Tariq and the sales manager Brandon worked to get the exact model and color we wanted. Within 3 business days, we were driving away in the vehicle we wanted. The purchase process went well. They analyzed our financing option that we came with and offered to finance us to potentially save us money. Tariq and Brandon went above and beyond to meet our needs. They made our purchase easy and pleasurable! Would definitely recommend to family and friends. More

good experience, great car I settled on Honda after looking closely at Mazda, VW and Ford. This is my closest Honda dealership, so I shopped there first. They treated me right. I test drove three different cars, and they had all the time in the world for me. I had a lot of decisions to make about car size/model, trim levels, etc. and my sales guy Rodney was very patient. He knows he's selling a good product and can be confident in that. When I found a better deal elsewhere he matched the price, and also got me good financing. There was no longer any reason to look anywhere else. Great experience over all and I absolutely love my new Civic SI. More

We have been driving Hondas for over 20 years so when we decided to get a SUV this car fit the bill. We are a retired couple so all the bells and whistles seemed overwhelming at first. John made the sale not only educational but a lot of fun as well!! He took his time explaining every function and detail of the car (and there are many!) No question to him was too small and he patiently answered every one of them, making sure that we were comfortable with all aspects of the car.
