Received what I now assume to be an automated email from Michael Fanning, General Manager, with a showroom experience survey, thanking me for my visit (interestingly tone deaf) and asking to hear about my experience. Sent him an email back, and no surprise that there's been no response from him. Interesting how neither he or the sales associate (who was so quick to respond during the back and forth sales negotiation process) can be bothered to respond when called out on my negative experience with them. Even a simple "sorry for how we handled your appointment" is too much for them to muster up. Maybe this dealer is fine for new car sales where they'll make plenty of profit from you. But for used car sales (and I get my sale would have been a small insignificant transaction for them) - they don't seem to care at all. They more than proved that with their actions.

I have been waiting since Tuesday morning and was told via text that the dealership team would be in touch and I called and spoke with service department and she was rude and said I would have to come out of pocket and it was on me since it is past 90 days and I advised that Max for over a year never got back to me.
