This is an excellent dealership. I trust them and I think they do good work. On my last visit, unfortunately things didn't go as smoothly as I think they should. I went in for a batt I trust them and I think they do good work. On my last visit, unfortunately things didn't go as smoothly as I think they should. I went in for a battery check. Of course the battery did not charge as it should so I needed a new battery. They had zero batteries on the shelf. Called other Kia dealerships was told initially that they had one and they were going to bring it in and then ultimately they didn't have it really in stock. So I had to pay more for a non OEM. They of course said it would be warrantied just like it was from Kia. But all of it took too long. Again, I do think this is a very good dealership or I wouldn't go there. More

Worst dealership I have ever interacted with. We had an appointment for a repair that was under warranty. It took months for the part to come in. Our appointment was for 8 am. At 8 am nobody was there to receive the car. At 4:30 pm no one had called to give an update. They kept the car overnight. They said it would be done by 1 the next day. It wasn’t ready until 3:45 pm. The service tech said he had originally told us it would be a 24 hour job which is not true and he hung up on me. The service manager I spoke to said the tech spent 5 hours on the car. I asked why it wasn’t completed in the timeframe we were promised and he said they probably just got backed up. I understand getting backed up but there was zero communication on their end to us about the length of repair. We were without a car for two days and had to make many arrangements for the drop off and pick up and getting people to work minus a car. Mohammed was so rude about the whole thing I will never take our car there again. More

We had to call numerous times within the month for updates, contact was never initiated by Hanlees to provide an update. More times than others no one was even available to pick up the phone and we’d be holding on phone for almost 10 minutes while it dialed. Lastly, just a general sense of authenticity and better attitude to convey to the customer that you ‘want’ to help is what we felt was lacking when we dealt with service there from certain individuals.
