Recently, I found a great deal for a Yakima SlimShady 6. 5 awning on your Nissan parts website and ordered it immediately. I was super stoked about this since I have an upcoming trip that this was going to b 5 awning on your Nissan parts website and ordered it immediately. I was super stoked about this since I have an upcoming trip that this was going to be great for. The catch...when I called your parts department to check on the status, Jose Calderon informed me it was on backorder and I was considering having to buy it for more elsewhere. However, he went above and beyond, and while I was on the phone, he manually found one in California and ordered it right then and there. I followed up a few days later and he checked and it showed that was on back order too. So, Jose again went out of his way last week and found one in Chicago and ordered it manually. Today, after driving 240 miles back from a botched work trip and feeling frustrated, I was elated to get an email notification that it was READY and I was able to stop by the dealership and pick it up in person. More

I always feel shorted, taken for granted of each time I’ve Taken my car in for service. They don’t listen, give the wrong estimate of time to completion, try to stiff me with doing an air filter change I’ve Taken my car in for service. They don’t listen, give the wrong estimate of time to completion, try to stiff me with doing an air filter change that another Nissan dealer had already done. They did work on alignment/balance and when I got the the car back the air pressure was off on all tires!! This shows poor attention to small details and means I can’t trust them with the big stuff. I never will go back to these sheisters. More
